Did anyone receive email notification about being accepted for pre-sale yet?
Okay, I just checked their Telegram group and I don't think those emails have been sent out yet.

Hello
I hesitate between Jibrel network and Aphelion.
Both are exchange decentralized but after the dump for Request network and airswap, I hesitate
Do you think Request will recover after 25/10?

Anyone have an idea when the ICO is meant to take place? General idea?
I joined the Quanstamp Telegram group and read the Whitepaper in more detail, and I'm really excited about this project as I feel that issues like security and privacy are extremely important. It looks like they have a great team in place (including advisors) and I hope I will have the opportunity to invest in and support this project. The token sale contribution cap is $30 million and they are looking to have the crowd-sale in mid to late November although this is not confirmed yet. If you want to join the presale, they have a concept called Proof-of-care which will be reviewed on a rolling basis until 9 November. Please see the following Medium post for more details of presale and Proof-of-Care: https://medium.com/quantstamp/announcing-proof-of-caring-9fa3209854ff or join their Telegram group https://t.me/joinchat/FxIqAguKiGRujsxHpb_j0A where there is a community of over 2300 members and still growing. Here you can ask questions and members of the group and team will give you the information you require. Good luck everyone and have a great day!

Nah I was just joking about chainlink not being able to return gas to their investors :p
It's hard to tell sometimes on the internet

I think it's a great gesture by the Red Pulse team to return the GAS. The Chainlink team did the same thing after their ICO sold out in minutes and people were still sending ETH.
That's weird. Pretty sure that ETH was not generating gas. OK, so you were not aware that there was a chance of your NEO being held? Maybe read the small print next time. My NEO is not held because I followed the instructions perfectly and have received RPX tokens. Ok, that's great! I thought I detected some sarcasm in your previous post. My mistake

Don't think it's really generous. Just the right thing to do
We can be negative about it or we can move forward and catch the next wave

Guys, the 2nd round was always going to be a lottery with the little RPX that was left and some people still wanting to send huge amounts of NEO. We also knew that if the transaction was unsuccessful, then the NEO would take a while to be refunded. For me, this being the first ICO with NEO, it was also a learning experience....
You win some, you lose some. Move on to the next one.
This transaction didn't get RPX at this time... not still refunded... Do you think that this is a good or bad transaction? https://imgur.com/a/6iUgVI get what you're saying but, with the demand and hype for Red Pulse (and low supply in the second round), there were always going to be be a lot of disappointed people. With ETH ico's, the transaction just fails and you get your ETH back into MEW or wherever you sent it from. What I'm saying is, everyone knew that there was a chance of the transaction being unsuccessful and the NEO being held. The comments on Slack are just something to grasp at. Even if there wasn't the block or timestamp issue, and everyone sent at exactly 1 second into the 2nd hour, most people would not get into the second round and would still be complaining and cursing Red Pulse. That was the decision I had to make: Take the risk of trying for the 2nd round or cash out some NEO at $36 for another ICO. I went half and half. I don't mean to sound flippant about it and I hope everyone gets there NEO back ASAP. Edit: If that was not a rhetorical question and the RPX did not show up in your wallet under "assets" then the transaction was not successful.

I was really bullish on Red Pulse before it got postponed. Bought a lot of NEO before all the FUD from China. Not sure if I should participate or just hold on to the NEO now. I will probably ended up participating though

I had some amount of NEO in NEON wallet .. i check it now, i do it probably once a week, and i dont see my NEO ( NEO 0, US $0.00), but amount of GAS is still rising... so i assume this is only some bug in wallet, i dont have latest version.. Do you think this is my problem or my NEO has been stolen? EDIT It was due to older version of wallet ... I updated it and now i see my Neo Hi, I have the same issue. Showing zero NEO but gas is still accumulating. Should I update the wallet? How to do this?

Hi, I sent XEM from nanowallet to Bittrex yesterday but it is still not showing in the Bittrex wallet, not even in the "pending deposit" section. I read somewhere that you have include a message in the transaction, which I did not do. Can somebody explain to me what to do please and how to recover that XEM?

Is it safe to store 0x on Liqui long-term or is MEW better?
of course MEW/Metamask better. You can trade on EtherDelta with them directly from the wallet. And soon you will able to trade safely on RadarRelay and Ethfinex. I do not trust centralized exchanges like Polo, Liqui and ShapeShift Thanks!
