I send an email for the swap the day the split was announced and got a fast reply. Send them the coins from the exchange it was on and made a wallet today (Was away from home so had to wait a while). I honestly don't know why he does not reply to you all but I got my coins within half an hour after sending my XCXT address today.  Grin
