You should provide your username and transaction details to victor to resolve it otherwise it is difficult for them to verify details. Also in the above posts, Victor asked you to send email to their support team to resolve if you got any deposits issues. Did you send email to him?

I thought all deposits are auto but not sure why it is not deposited into your account.
