Honestly, you can do it yourself if only your IP is blocked by the exchange by using a good
VPN you can find yourself one by
Googling it and save yourself that 15$
Also, you can trust some Legendary and hero members with no -ve trust here I am sure they will not scam you for just that small amount but be cautious.
the VPN ip is blocked, and the country ip is blocked too, you can only buy that coin on that exchange so i cant even use another exchange
