Well with F62 if you set the engine at 1000 and memory at 1475, the voltage will drop to 1.2V - so will run significantly cooler and then the khs should be 700ish.
BTW OC is the same as TO - rev 2.1 board, just different bios. You can force flash your OC to TO using atiflash -f command.
Hey, so I use F62 bios, it has 1100/1500 default clocks. I clocked it at 1085 and 1500 to get constant stable 760 khs

As requested: Dude, you will kill your cards keeping them in that box.. Seriously I highly recommend you use PCIE raisers. I have 3 gigabyte 7970s all on raisers - non powered (there is no reason to buy powered raisers, GPU get enough power from Pin cables). Cards run at 1.256V and hottest gets to 82C during the hot day.

Well it runs stable and gets those 760 kh/s, however the cards are factory overclocked and locked at 1.256V. So I am not sure if its good for power consumption(obviously not), tried to flash 7970TO bios to 7970OC bios and the card did not perform as good but the voltage was down to 1.171V
