I reached the minimum and yes they banned me.
I message them at support and said i was using a vpn.
there was no forbid vpn to their TOS when i start.
I dont blame them for scamming because i dont have any deposit.
But the time i wasted.

The majority of faucets out there don't allow VPN's... the only ones you can get away with using a VPN on are the Faucet in a Box sites, generally because the admins don't know what to look for.
Visiting a faucet through a VPN? Yup, that's YOUR fault that you got banned. So the site didn't "scam" you out of shit. Sorry, dude, but you "scammed" yourself.
