I am very happy to announce the launch of ArtCoinFund to democratize the access to art investments.

I, Francesco, Fabrizio and Axel are art-collectors (and investors), I personally started to collect art 15 years ago, starting with contemporary art with price range from $5.000 to $10.000, i love contemporary artists because you can meet the artist, and speaking with an artist is pure magic.

In the last 5 years i started to collect masterpieces, artists like Anselm Kiefer, Peter Doig, Adrian Ghenie, etc, prices from $750.000. I can't afford an investment like this, so with my mates i create a "club deal" in which the single investment is divided by 10 or 20 shares and people can buy a share and then diversify the risk of their investment portfolio.

After 15 years i discovered that conteporary art are like startup, only 1% can survive but create big capital gains (20x the investment), the real value is in modern masterpieces, are safe, internationally recognized, and you can store it in a freeport with no tax.

We want to open this type of investment to others, so we are creating a Singapore Fund and financing the fund with the launch of a ERC20 token on the ethereum blockchain.

Somebody can ask us why we issue a token instead of raise money in Bitcoin/ether, the answer is that we want that our backers will be fully liquid when they want and we want more people involved in art investments, all the masterpieces acquired will be available for sale in ArtCoin (not Fiat) on the website 60 days before public sale in auctions (Christie's, Bonhams, Sotheby's, etc) and you can ask to leave the masterpiece you bought in a tax free freeport.

All the money raised will be used for acquiring art, the company collect 3% yearly as a management fee on the funds invested and 30% as performance fees on the capital gain.

We issue only 750.000 ArtCoin and we burn 5% of the tokens every year.

We see art as a good investment and ArtCoin as the first fine-art token backed by an art collection.
