Sou novo aqui no site, e gostaria de saber se alguem ja passou por algo assim na Poloniex.

Transferi fundos da Exchange pra margin account e fiz uma operação.

Sai da operação com um pequeno prejuizo.

Mesmo estando com a posição zerada, não consigo transferir meu saldo de volta pra conta exchange, nem zerar a posição nos empréstimos, que se auto-renovam (com taxa de 2% em 2 dias)... O que devo fazer?

Já abri 2 tickets (há 13 dias) e eles nao respondem.

Hi everyone, If someone can help me i would apreciate.

I did an operation on margin account and now i can not trasnfer my balance back to exchange account.

When I try to transfer the balance from margin to exchange ,the following message appears: "Transferring 0.01635910 BTC from your margin account would bring your current margin to -13.35%, which is below your initial margin."

Even if have NO position on margin account it does not allow me to transfer my money back.... Furthermore, I can NOT close the loans that it takes automatically.

Even when i press the link to turn off auto-renew, in LENDING page. (MY ACTIVE LOANS Auto-renew. Set all: OFFON).

What can i do transfer my money back to exchange account?

I´ve posted 2 tickets: margin account #313198 Criado em Qua, 12 Jul at 5:30 PM and
                                finish my loan #308497 Criado em Seg, 10 Jul at 9:27 PM
And till now i had no response.... and i keep paying for the loan .
