Yep, that's how the escrow works.  So if you accept escrow from Ognasty or philip (trusted escrow agents on this forum), I'm in for 4 S9 units myself.

I agree with Toptek.  On here $5k for the whole might make sense to some.  With S9 running $.20/gh and 50% better efficiency these things ought to be around $650 each plus psu & add-ons.

Now that Coinbase has enabled BCH, I think you'll see the batches sell out faster.  The last batch took a couple weeks at least.

I'm hoping someone has already encountered this and has a quick answer.  Otherwise I'll do some digging this weekend.  I have set up the ckpool on just a clean local server.  If I'm reading the error correctly, it's the URL in the ckpool.conf file that's throwing the error when trying to bind to stratum port.  I also haven't seen any info on increasing the rcvbufsiz.  TIA.

Thanks guys.  I've PM'd both of you.  You've been helpful in getting an idea on price.  I think as volatile as btc is right now, it would probably be better to wait until the units are closer to in hand.

With all the craziness with BTC run up, was curious if it's worthwhile to consider selling my 2 units even before they get here.  I've got an order in for 2 units and 2 PSU.  What's a 'realistic' going rate for the Sept batches (not Ebay or such)?

Wanted to give everyone a heads up.  My account bgibso01 has been hacked.  As such, don't have any dealings with it as I have no control over it.  I've been trying to find if there is anyone on the boards to contact, but have not seen a place to report it.

Looks like it's happened since July 17th as that was my last post before the hacked one showed up yesterday pumping some program.

I guess it was bound to happen, and at least I had 4 good years with it.
