1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Error: To use anonymouscoind, you must set a rpcpassword in the configuration on: July 25, 2017, 11:37:39 AM
Hello guys, please help!

When I run ./anonymouscoind, I get an error message:
Error: To use anonymouscoind, you must set a rpcpassword in the configuration file:
/root/.anonymouscoin/anonymouscoin.conf
It is recommended that you use the following random password:
Rpcuser = anonymouscoinrpc
Rpcpassword = DKoSFvG2mQMgVi2n2uSBM8P4Z7k1qoScvJsCy*******
(You do not need to remember this password)
The username and password MUST NOT be the same.
If the file does not exist, create it with owner-readable-only file permissions.
It is also recommended to set alertnotify so you are not aware of problems;
For example: alertnotify = echo% s | Mail -s "Anonymouscoin Alert" admin@foo.com

When I created anonymouscoin.conf
then at start ./anonymouscoind
nothing happens: http://pastenow.ru/d3abdaa3d7b51ef98a0e45cc9e7418b7 (screenshot)
