1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Phishing alert! Be aware of scams and imitations! on: December 19, 2019, 12:37:02 AM
We have been made aware of a phishing site that is imitating us. Bitcoin Laundry wants to help you stay anonymous online. For your security, please make sure that you only use bitcoin-laundry.com or our .onion site at btcdryi67te57itq.onion when you mix your bitcoins.

We have a group of crowdfunded individuals, mostly network and software engineers, auditing this website, traffic, addresses, locations and any other identifying information.
So far we have discovered, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PHISHING SITE IMITATING ANYONE WHATSOEVER. Bitcoin Laundry has been and will take your bitcoin.
They do this by waiting for your transaction to confirm then they change the "Deposit Address". Then, when you send in a support ticket, if you get a reply at all it will be something
like this: "Are you sure you sent it to the correct address? Because we are showing a completely different Deposit Address(The one they changed it to after they have your
bitcoin now in the first address). DO NOT USE BITCOIN LAUNDRY! And pm me to join our efforts with the FTC, FBI and 'https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds' in locating these criminals.
2  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin Laundry Announces New Low Fee! on: December 19, 2019, 12:25:11 AM
DO NOT USE BITCOIN LAUNDRY!! I took a screenshot of before and after my transaction.
BITCOIN LAUNDRY IS A SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
I watched the confirmations and as soon my transaction hit one confirmation, BAMN they changed the receiving address!!
I've messaged their support several times with no response whatsoever.

Before the transaction had one confirmation here's what the session looked like:

After the transaction got one confirmation, the address changed! Look here:

Exact Same session ID and as soon as the transaction had one confirmation, they changed the deposit address.
3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] Bitcoin-Laundry.com is a SCAM mixer website on: December 18, 2019, 08:14:25 PM
Damn!!! If you could have only screenshotted the page with the first wallet address they have provided you will have compelling evidence that the wallet address is theirs. Without you having any kind of proof that the first address is theirs you cannot really expect them to take any action as they know no one would believe your story except for your fellow victims. It seems like the low fees are what making their service attractive to anyone and they are just picking some of their customers' large transactions as their next target based on what others have stated. Kudos to you on warning us about their scheme and I am also sorry for your loss.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: July 25, 2017, 08:14:07 PM
hi everyone Smiley

did any of you successfully mine with a Radeon RX550? i got the Asus Radeon RX550 4GB. Tried it on several systems with both simplingmining images (RX and z170version).
The miner starts, then i get GPU fault messages:

if i run Claymore v9.4 on Windows 7, the miner starts and it actually does mine. However, the GPU temp. and Fan speed stays on 0.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!
WTROI

So I'm in the same boat as you with mining with rx-550. I keep getting GPU fault errors. I mean the cards are still mining, but it keeps getting those errors. I'm researching this issue. I'll let you know if you find a solution.
