3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now or never! on: February 03, 2019, 06:39:56 PM
It will be very difficult to dump the market further(it is possible, but it will be very difficult and dangerous), because the miners are already working at a loss on some coins, like ethereum. Bitcoin almost fell to mining cost price, so, i think, it worth to start to buy now.

Definitely we are getting close to that much expected bottom or we have already found it. And yeah it's officially the longest bear market in cryptocurrencies so far. So yeah a great time to slowly start buying, I think that great years are ahead of us, where cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology might finally get adopted by a lot of people, or even that long awaited mass adoption might happen.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the ICO culture dead already? on: February 03, 2019, 06:37:26 PM
Forgive me if I’m living under a cave, but I haven’t heard any news about the promising ICO’s in a long time. Maybe you bounty hunters will have a better idea. Apart from the scams posted for the fake ICO’s, I don’t see any interesting projects like Dao, Liks or Waves these days. If you have any such projects to share, please list them down below.

Not completely dead yet, but yeah slowly dying. I'm agreeing with you, or it seems that I'm living in the cave too, but there really aren't any promising ICOs out there. Just some scammy ones that are late to the party and now are trying to grab some investors money. Eh, crypto space became very toxic lately.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: predictions of 2019 on: February 03, 2019, 06:35:09 PM
1. Surprise - Life goes on Smiley

2. Much more projects will die

3. New projects will start

4. It will be a year of crypto education

5. It will be a year of maturation

6. Delays of fully POS in Ethereum

7. Improvements in User Experience - Keep an eye out for (Elrond - work on exquisite user experience is being done)

8. Facebook in crypto?

9. ..... - You write your predictions

Nicely said. I think that 2019 will be a great year for crypto because all of those scammy projects, that just took the investors money and haven't done anything useful with it are going to be forgotten and slowly die. So yeah 2019 is a long awaited year where real projects will shine and make a new momentum for mass adoption of cryptocurrencies.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: February 03, 2019, 06:33:16 PM
So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.
How do you feel?
How will you react?

There were times when it really was worth it to do a bounty campaigns, but now, as more and more people are doing them, and projects (ICOs) aren't really doing great in this bear market conditions it really seems like it isn't worth it anymore. I'm also slowly abandoning some of the bounty campaigns, and really thinking to stop with all of them.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful of strange projects on: February 03, 2019, 06:31:00 PM
Guys, it have come to my notice that some criminal minded guys are busy creating tokens and using it to defraud people, example of those tokens are *ripple classic, stellar classic, eos classic*, becareful guys and don't fall victim to their sweet mouth, they are busy listing them  in almost exchanges and using that to brainwash guy.... Becareful and guard ur money like ur whole life depends on it

Yeah, there are all sorts of scams out there just trying to get our money. So before investing our hard earned money or time (with doing bounty campaigns) we really should do a deep research about project, and if something feels scammy well, then it probably is. Especially now, seems like crypto space became very toxic, so be very cautious.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO reached hard cap - 50 MILLION- not listed in an exchange - SCAM? on: February 03, 2019, 06:29:13 PM
I have join a project to which it claims that the team was able to collect 50M in USD but until now they could not be able to list the token in an exchange. Their reason was the team were preparing the platform for almost 3 mos. now. I am starting to believe it when they show something great after sponsoring a certain event to which the name of the project was being flashed in the screen. Is it possible that the team is telling the truth? They want to bring a project with demand so that the token will not be undervalued. What do you think of this project scam or not? I could not name the project for now to protect their reputation.

Seems like a lot of projects out there currently are just presenting their investors with big and shiny words like they will do that, they are doing this... bla bla bla. That's why it is always mandatory to do thorough research before investing your money or time (through bounty campaigns). And if something feels fishy it definitely is, and keep away from those kind of projects. Also, I'm sorry to hear if that turns out to be a scam.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No Regrets in cryptocurrency on: February 03, 2019, 06:26:58 PM
I think we all can say that we regret because of something we did (sold too early, or FOMO'ed in when prices were near ATH), but we shouldn't really be bothered about that. Rather let's learn from our own mistakes (the hard way) and do everything to not make the same mistake again.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 6 Ways to earn Tokens without investing or mining on: February 03, 2019, 06:25:12 PM
Hello everyone,

I wanted to share this article as it has 6 ways to earn crypto without investing or mining, as i think it will be useful for people who are just getting into crypto. Do you know of any other ways to earn? I'm rather interested. Below is the article.

https://www.crowdholding.com/blog/809/6-ways-to-earn-crypto-for-free

Thanks and look forward to your other ways to earn crypto!

Great article. Thank you very much for sharing this. It's a great set of information for new people that aren't really willing to invest some money into crypto space yet.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recent bounty campaigns paying in Ethers? on: February 03, 2019, 06:23:48 PM
Hello, do you know about some recent bounty campaign which pays bounty hunters in Ethers?
It seems to be more profitable to receive Ethers than tokens in these bad days, market is crashing and people are selling everything.

Yes! My current bounty campaign (signature campaign) is paying in Ether. It's giving 5% of total money raise in crowd sale in ETH. So you could check it out. Also, seems like bounty campaign will go for a pause until mid of March and then continue with second round of bounties.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust celebrities endorsing cryptocurrencies? on: February 03, 2019, 06:20:53 PM
I want to hear other people's opinion if you would trust celebrities endorsing cryptocurrencies.

Not really, been part of several cryptocurrencies which were endorsed by celebrities, but that hasn't got any long term impact. I think that's just for a short, "if posssible" pump and dump" scheme to make more people buy currency. It doesn't really have and weight behind it, so I'm actually now skipping those currencies that are being endorsed by celebrities.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALL Initial Coin Offerings are Trash on: February 03, 2019, 06:18:49 PM
Yes, currently there are a lot of ICOs out there trying to get as much as money as possible, but I think they are actually late and people started to realize there is no money in that. It isn't like it used to be and we have to face that, most of the projects now are just scams trying to grab onto some money. Pathetic.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we stop promoting scam project? on: February 03, 2019, 06:17:10 PM
Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?

What you just said would be great, actually, would be perfect, but unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world. And we all know there will always be enough people to follow any rules that are presented to them, so there always be someone falling for a scam ico and big promises. Bounty isn't what it used to be, and probably it will never be again, I think we just have to face that and move on.

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Very soon we will see a new wave of market growth!!! on: January 20, 2019, 12:36:47 PM
I think we just entered accumulation phase, and bull market should be just around the corner. We just have to be patient a little while, and try to accumulate as much as possible now. Bear market is actually a great time to buy some more of those projects that are active and you believe in long term. So I'm quite happy with bear market also, but it's time now for bulls to come. We are all early adopters, let's just be patient, we are all going to laugh and all this panic we had in few years.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that 99% of all airdrops are shitcoins of bad projects ? on: January 20, 2019, 12:34:52 PM
From my own experience I can tell from all the airdrops that I know the top projects were only: Vite, Ontlogy, Dfinity. All others were shitcoins Angry

I would have to agree with you, and add one more coin to that list and that is: Energi (NRG). Everyone who haven't already go check it out and sign up for airdrop (earndrop) as they call it. But yeah, 99% of airdroped coins are total shitcoins, you could have make some profit of it (let's face it we got them for free), but definitely not as much as they are telling us they are worth.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I just dump my coins for other coins on: January 20, 2019, 12:31:30 PM
This is probably my 5th time changing coins. At the moment I dump coins for dash , verge , and eos. I'm hoping for returns for the year. I am not looking for monthly returns anymore but yearly. I'm not bullish on dash or verge. But hopefully I get lucky.
I dump all my bitcoins and dump all my ether. Saying goodbye.

Hmmm, not sure if that is the smartest thing to do. If you aren't really bullish on coin you invested in, why did you even invest in it? I'm only investing in projects that I see are active, and are actually doing what they said they would, and I really am bullish about them, because they are just sitting back and shilling, they are trying to make this world a better place. Also, wouldn't say now is a great time to dump your coins. Market is finding it's bottom and is very close to it. You don't want to be that person that sold the bottom.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Hodling Coins!!! on: January 20, 2019, 12:26:59 PM
I think the only and main reason that crypto isn't raising as it should is because there are too many traders in and there's not enough holders. Everybody trying to get rich quick etc... Let's face it blockchain is technology of future and there definitely are future market leaders out there already we just need to be patient. So I don't actually agree with you, I think people that were holding BTC for few year are now in much greater profit then people that traded it for a while.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now the time to buy ALTs? on: January 20, 2019, 12:24:47 PM
I say YES for quality ALTs with working teams and good vision. I think Cardano, Stellar are a couple of good ones!
What do you think?
In addition, I think you need to hold for a couple of years!

Definitely all my investments are for long term. I'm not planning to sell them for at least 3-5 years. And yeah, alts that have active team and development are a way to go now, of course should have always been, but seems like people like shilling "getting rich quick" more then steady grow. Oh well, it will all be alright in few years, just be patient.
