I would say yes because Ethereum has the potential to increase in price and it's one of Top 5 coins. I bought good amount when price went under $400 and and I already made profit, but I will not sell until the price hit $1500.

Try hitbtc exchange, you can open an account in 5 min, it's not that great one, but you can sell ur ripple there easily.

For me it doesn't matter if it's a bubble, I am going to buy some of it around 600$ because I think it will go up again.
