The TrasMaMod XMG pool will be permanently closed from weekend 22.-23. of May 2021.

We in TrasMaMod team has during a long period evaluated what to do during the last year with Magi. We have unfortunately come to the decision now that we are going to close TrasMaMod XMG Pool. The STRATUM will be closed during the weekend (22-23 of May). Then after we will initiate payout to all users who has XMG balance in our pool. As soon that is done, the pool will then be permanently turned off. We would like to thank all of you who has used our pool during the years we have served the XMG network. The project from our side has been a support to the network where we invested our hardware and electricity to the XMG network. Unfortunately for us there has only been costs. But it has been a great opportunity to support the XMG network.

We would appreciate if you immediately move your miner to another XMG pool and also doing payout of your balance. That will help us in this process.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much and it will be interesting to see what happens with XMG in the near future. We hope for the best.

There was an very hevy thunder and lightning here yesterday. That result in power trouble.
But now the pool is operating again.

It has been corrected. It was a cronjob that was stopped. But it is doing things correctly now and sending transactions too

Everything should be ok now. It was a cronjob that was stopped. But that is fixed and all coins is now calculated. And payments/transactions is also fixed.

FYI: Hi everyone. the TrasMaMod XMG Pool (magi.trasmamod.com) will TEMPORARY be taken down due to maintenance from today (thursday afternoon) and during the whole weekend. It will come online again after the weekend.

(Has anounced that in Slack. But I forgot to anounce it here. But it will be up again after the weekend.)

We do have the plan in short time to open a solo pool from the TrasMaMod Team.

Then I have added this into TrasMaMod XMG Pool so it is possible to get information directly to your block explorer from our pool on blocks and transactions.

TrasMaMod XMG Pool is also updated to latest version v1.4.6.1.
It was done immediately after the release and we have been watching it since and we can confirm that our pool work correctly in sync with .215.

I'm using it only for the stratum part, the rest is handled by MPOS on our pool.

I will not upload any block chain for download from us. The only valid block chain for download is and will be the one devs publish.
With the latest one (1813042) Joe has published, it doesn't take to long to get into sync again with the 104.128.225.215
(If new block-chain for download should be available, Joe need to publish that)

I'm continuously following the connection and the pool TrasMaMod is strictly in sync with 104.128.225.215

But it is important that the file peers.dat is being deleted at the same time when going to resync from the devs downloaded block chain.

And I'm repeating what we do have in our config:
All other connect and addnode is removed from config.

And during this period where we only is going to keep strict connect with .215, we are also using following in the config:
(but this is only at the time being during this situation)

It is important there is only connection to 1 connection and that is to 104.128.225.215
And during this writing of message the block number of 104.128.225.215 is 1823066 and that is also what TrasMaMod is in sync with.

So the block 1823129 mentioned by djm34 is still not found in the block chain of 104.128.225.215... So then djm34 has been connected to other nodes too. Important that the peers.dat is being deleted when going to sync with the config-parameters above...

TrasMaMod is following the last message from Joe (use connect=104.128.225.215) and is in sync with that.

Then your IP is probably temporary banned at the 104.128.225.215 node due to previously fork (misbehaviour).
Are you able to refresh your internet-connection to get a new public IP ? (then that will help)
(or you have to wait until your IP is "released" again)

it means: Do not accept any incomming request from other nodes, you are then sticked only to the node you specified with connect=

The TrasMaMod is synced up according to this one.

And that could happend if you have some others connect=, addnode= and listen=1 and you are "leaded" into a fork.. Then the 104.128.225.215 will disconnect you. And if Joe hasn't changed the default settings, it means that you (on same IP-address) will be blocked for at 24h (60*60*24 = 86400) that is the default bantime.

Ensure to have only the connect=104.128.225.215 and listen=0 in the config file (remove all other addnode and connect).
To solve it from beeing on a fork/banned, you have to remove the folders "blocks/", "database/" and "peers.dat". Download the blockchain earlier published by Joe and ekstract blocks and database folder from it. Then get a new IP-adress (restart maybee your modem for internet-connection) OR wait for 24h...
Then the block-chain will get in sync with devs node.
