1  Economy / Economics / Re: Where to sell for cryptocurrency? on: January 21, 2019, 02:23:07 PM
I guess there are some coins about real estate that could solve your problem. Simply do some research and you can find them but if you don't see the coin you want then I suggest to sell that land for money and you will use that money in exchange to cryptocurrency. Just bear in mind that don't buy a single crypto, diversify your investment so that it will not give you a hard time thinking of what is happening on your investment. Its better to have a contingency plan than none.

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you reccomend family and friends to join the market when it's crashing? on: September 09, 2018, 11:20:19 AM
Do you recommend family and friends to join the market when it's crashing?
We pray for the prices to go up and to more people join the market, but will you recommend someone close to you to join when the prices are dropping like crazy?

If you do, explain why.

Well bear market and bull market just come and go to a certain investment just like cryptocurrency. I will still recommend crypto to my friends and family even its crashing. How? Im gonna present them the historical chart then I would say that its normal and temporary plus the latest development may incurred price increase. I jusylt tell them what they need to know like advantages ans disadvantages for them to decide weather they will enter or not. Besides its a good opportunity for newbie to enter the market and learn while its price is cheap.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: how to help people who have problem economic on: September 08, 2018, 07:17:33 AM
hello member of the bitcoin forum, Smiley
I'm confused and looking for answers about how to help people who are having economic problems,

are there any of us in this forum who have a good heart to help the economy of fellow human beings,

can opening new jobs reduce unemployment and improve the economy?
The forum itself can help people who were here by earning money, I think that's the alternate solution to help other people that unemployed or jobless. Yes, giving a donation is a way of helping others but it is not for a long-term is temporarily given those who want's to donate. For sure if you asking donation others will believe in you especially on an internet. They think that you are scammers that trying to steal a fund from them. Cryptocurrencies will help the economic problems.

Its always on the person on how will he help himself. Your statement brings me the old saying " If you give a person a fish, he will eat for that day but if you teach the man on how to fishing then you will feed him for the rest of his life". This forum is a great example of what I am talking about. Feel free to share other people this forum but also be sure that teach him well, that this forum was not intended for earning but for sharing ideas.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: blockchain and voting on: September 07, 2018, 11:52:10 PM
This actually would bring total transparency during an election. But do you think people are ready? Do you think they will understand the technology required for voting? Are they actually ready or will end up hesitating to vote? Too many questions, one answer: They will need to be educated about the technology before these are implemented.

Well for Japan its a yes, they are always open for innovative ways to improve their daily lives and that is what I admire them the most. They are not afraid to try new ideas and they just test them out just like what is stated by OP. People can now thrust blockchain in election because of this move by the Japanese People.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will privacy and merchant adoption fuel the next price rise? on: September 07, 2018, 11:48:29 PM
Everybody is talking about ETFs, but I don't believe that they will be the fuel for the next price rise. As Bitcoin moves further towards being a store of wealth, and merchant adoption increases as secondary services like the lightning network stabilise, they seem more likely to trigger the increase in value. The price of Bitcoin seems to be cyclic, and to add a zero to the price every two years. I think we have missed the chance in the current cycle, but the one due in the summer of next year looks to be on target. Will the current enhancements arrive in time to fuel the next parabolic price increase?

ETF may help increase the confidence of investors towards bitcoin but I doubt that this thing would skyrocket the price because it will only result to volatility. I think that privacy abd merchant adoption will make the price rise and its more stable than when investors come in. We need a community that actually uses bitcoin for their daily lives because right now we are populated with speculators that makes the situation worst.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: $7,400 to $6,950: Bitcoin Price Drops 2% Within30 Minutes in Crypto Market Bleed on: September 05, 2018, 02:38:38 PM
Looking at the percentage, I believe its quite normal and nothing to worry about. But if the drop only happens in seconds then I will start to think that there is market manipulation occurring or something bad news is spreading.
8  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much the power of news can affect the Bitcoin price? on: September 05, 2018, 02:31:36 PM
In my opinion, it is still the quality of news that really affects the Bitcoin price, fake news spread by fudders will not affect the pricing, the question is what is the news? where it came from? Is it real? Most news affecting Bitcoin price are those news came from the government, those news that really made against the Bitcoin like banning from a certain country, declaring it as illegal and the likes of them.

Actually fake news affects significantly since most of the investors in this industry are newbie. We can't blame them because its very hard to distinguish fake news to real news nowadays specially if you will just rely on secondhand sources like internet and t.v. We also can't rely on television because most of the channel network are talking how bad is bitcoin and other crpytocurrency without knowing and reserching first the reality. They just also rely on second hand sources
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yahoo Finance Integrates Bitcoin, and Ethereum Trading on: September 03, 2018, 09:28:55 AM
That's good news!

Making crypto currency available to more people is never a bad idea Smiley

I wish Google & Facebook would be more into crypto currency promotion & integration, maybe this way we would see increases as we did last year.

Atleast we can see the price soaring and its stable unlike last year's bull run which is due to speculations which makes it highly volatile. I bet this coming September would be a bull run because of this news and we can see all cryptocurrency to be in green.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the biggest misconception of Cryptocurrency in your country? on: September 03, 2018, 09:14:19 AM
In my country, bitcoin is though to give a source of income trough this forum and I am one of those who become interested. At first, I search what is bitcoin, altcoin, how it works, what is blockchain etc. until I get the answer I want and the overview of what is cryptocurrency all about. The biggest misconception in my country is that cryptocurrency is money making scheme although its half true, the other side makes it worst for those who try it because of someone telling them to invest as it guarantees profit which is not true. Actually, only a few percentage that gets in the industry that makes millions in a shorter period of time. Most of the millionaires here are invested their money in bitcoin 5 years ago which is I think a good time to invest if we just believe in bitcoin.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Which form of investment has highest ROI? on: September 03, 2018, 06:59:38 AM
We knows that the crypto currency investment can give us lot of profits even in short time but this is very new there are lot of invesments like real estate, gold, mutual funds silent partner in businesses and lot more but what you think which has highest ROI in short term other than crypto invesments.

My opinion is that real estate can be that one, since my grandfather used to be like buying and selling the lands and made tons of money in his life time but I didn't do that such kind of traditional invetment.

I wouldn't say "highest ROI in short term" because when you say ROI or return on investment, it refers to the money that you earned in your business that is equivalent to your capital and i believe this should be constant. It is more logical to say " the fastest ROI  " because it is time bounded. Well, back to the topic, fastest ROI are achieve in active businesses like buying and selling of goods and services because somehow they have the greatest mark up compared to real estate in which you need to wait for several years or an opportunity like developer's will to buy it before you can see the profit.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS IT TRUE THAT CYRPTOWORLD IS PRUNE TO HACKERS? on: September 03, 2018, 03:49:56 AM
I am blaming the developers of exchangers, They have to put more priority on cybersecurity. We know that hackers are using every means and are using different ways to hack. It is like our residence, as arm robbers are using different ways to penetrate people house, people  also solidify  security of their houses.

You can't blame them at all, there are just people who wants easy money and one of doing this is to hack someones account and steal his/her money  and identity. Exchanges also learns from the past and developing the security of their website to a optimum level. We don't know the other vulnerabilities of an exchange just like what happen to etherdelta in which i thought a unhackable exchange but the hackers find a way to penetrate users information by attacking the DNS. I just suggest that these exchanges should update their security and reward those who can see its vulnerabilities.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: The role of Crypto in eliminating fossil fuels dependence on: September 02, 2018, 01:58:41 PM
That's just a theory without any evidence. The planet earth has oil reserves for the next 50 years.
I remember that there was another theory coming from soviet or russian scientists that oil is actually a renewable resource and the oil supply will never end. This is another hypothesis without proof.
So far,the crypto world has no role into eliminating fossil fuels usage.I hope that this will change soon.

Its not just the fossil fules but also take into considreations the material we use for making money like copper, silver and nickel. If the world will use cryptocurrency as mode of exchange for every commodities, the banks would not need anymore of this materials and thus mining of this materials would be minimized. Government could also preserved mountains were this materials could get from to protect the environment. As of now, this is only a theory but i believe that someday it would be in front of my eyes because I want this world to last longer.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: The US Dollar has DEBT and Bitcoin has none on: September 02, 2018, 01:51:00 PM
Bitcoin is the Future: Countries that have flawed currencies are turning towards Bitcoin/ Crypto: FACT
FIAT will fail because it went off the gold standard!
FIAT will implode eventually!
The founder of Bitcoin understood this: He was and is a genius!

You don't have enough basis for calling flat will fail and will implode eventually. It may look to you that cryptocurrency is the futuristic one but the problem with that is there is no guaranteeing its price other than demand and limilted supply. Government could make their own blockchain technology to engage in transactions but not removing the usual flat we know. They can make a crediting system where in it uses both cryptocurrency for online and flat currency for offline transactions which I think the safest thing to tell right now because I see it in my country.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 18% of US students own coding money, according to Coinbase. almost girls are als on: September 02, 2018, 01:00:36 PM
What is "coding money"? The main article used Crypto and "Coding Money" means just nothing, no sense. You really need to use a good spinning tool.

What made you to say that? I don't believe that its just nothing because they can develop something that we didn't think that is possible. You can never tell the future by just looking at the present conditions. Maybe as you look now, the crypto and coded money is just a source of income or a scheme but there are other people that are looking to it as the next generation of systems that may revolutionize transactions . It just a matter of perspective dude!
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Arrogance of Bitcoin is its own main Enemy on: September 02, 2018, 12:23:10 PM
i have observed that now bitcoins arrogance causes its price drop

as soon as bitcoin looks too expensive, people start seeing bitcoin as some sort of arrogant cryptosect,

and the price drops, as will its popularity,

as soon as 12 000 USD are beeing reched again and people start speculating a price explosion again, bitcoin looks again arrogant for many and people will drop it

someone else expects the same?

regards

I believe its not all about bitcoin arrogance. Well, most of people knew that bitcoin is quite speculative and its natural for them to sell their bitcoins at those prices because it will give them profits. The speculative nature of bitcoin gives too much volatility unto it because most of the people who buy bitcoins are investors and traders that is why the price is fluctuating too much and what you said should be expected.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is just to complicated for the average person to use.. on: September 02, 2018, 11:32:28 AM
1980: No one will ever have a personal computer it is to complicated to use and serves no purpose.

1990: No one will ever use the internet it's to complicated to use and serves no purpose have you heard of a video recorder.

Its a normal scenario. Younger people are often more advantageous in terms of the use of technology compared to older one. Progress does not wait for those who can't caught up that is why continuous gaining of knowledge is important so that he will be not left behind.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why the SEC will keep on rejecting Bitcoin ETF on: August 31, 2018, 01:49:31 PM
The Bitcoin ETF rejection by SEC does not matter anymore. The sec rejection could not effect the price of Bitcoin. SEC keeps on rejecting Bitcoin ETF because they think it would be more difficult to regulate Bitcoin ETF effectively.

Definitely, bitcoin is bitcoin afterall, we don't need aproval from SEC since bitcoin is in demand even without those issues. Just let them realize that they did the wrong thing by simply engaging in the community. They have nothing to do with it because no one owns bitcoin and is readily available in the internet.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: What should we focus on more? Demand or Supply? on: August 30, 2018, 01:38:53 PM
I've been a student of Economics for some time now. Not in an academic setting by the way. But I have undertaken studies of Economics individually. In this time, I have never seen a case where hoarding any product has worked for good. It always end up more like a lose-lose situation. And this is a strategy only amateurs engage. I totally agree with the poster. The only way to improve Bitcoin prices is to create awareness to induce the public's interest. In other words, only increased demand ever benefits a particular market.

Well of course, it is because of the regulating bodies that prevents hoarding the primary needs of people like food. Long way back, when government is not aware of this kind of scheme. The rich takes the advantage when there is a shortage in food, they buy food at low prices then hoard it, of course the effect would make the price of the at the market to be higher. Because of this scheme, poor becomes poorer and the rich becomes richer. Thanks to the government and the regulating agency, we would not experience this kind of inhumane thing.
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to predict whales manipulation on: August 30, 2018, 12:39:44 PM
And so what about to have 2 positions ? One in and one out ...
So one ready to buy and a second one ready to sell...
I don’t like stop loss cause sometimes you sell your position just for nothing ...

Aaaaarrrgggghhhh ... trading psychology is a real nightmare with crypto...
Hope to become a whale in 20 years with only my half $BTC  Grin

Its a good strategy to have 2 positions. It will minimize loses but will not maximize the profit because of the compensation for the loss. I suggest this strategy if you have the money to engage in different trading sites for arbitrage. Many traders earn a lot because of arbitration and I personally suggest it to you
