Te recomiendo que paralelamente, mientras intentas decidirte por una o varias criptos, que aprendes las reglas básicas de seguridad para no comprar-vender de forma incorrecta, que no te "roben" tus claves, ya que podrías perder todo y no serías el primero.

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we need so many cryptocurrency exchanges? on: May 22, 2019, 03:09:31 PM
More exchange, more competitors, lower comissions for the users. I think is good that there are so many exchanges but, are all they safe? For me, that point is more important. What do you think?
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency user friendly? on: May 22, 2019, 11:28:14 AM
I'm curious to know what the community thinks in terms of how user friendly entering this market is? I know we've come a long way from the days when UX/UI was extremely poor for most companies but are there other areas that require improvement?

As you have said, a long time ago UX/UI in Linux was a problem "to adopt" this operating system. Nowadays any user can use the vast majority of distros.
I think it will happen the same with Bitcoin and sure we don't have to wait so much time as it has needed to improve UX/UI at Linux.

What do you think?

One is a word mark, one has an (ugly) picture.

Both registered to Tribanne:

Applicant:
    Tibanne Co. Ltd.
    Cerulean Tower 15F 26-1 Sakuragaoka-Cho, Shibuya Tokyo, Japan, 150-8512
Representative:
    BAKER & MCKENZIE LLP
100 New Bridge Street, London, United Kingdom, EC4V 6JA

Is this news, or were you all familiar with the word "bitcoin" now being the intellectual property of Tribanne Co. Ltd. (Mt. Gox etc.) ?

Really, is it possible? I can't believe that Sad
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is blockchain a perfect solution? on: May 22, 2019, 10:52:23 AM
We live in a world where our online IDs are in the hands of the government and banks, and we rely on them to keep it secure. Blockchain IDs on the other hand, put you and you only in control. Therefore, you can store all your passwords and any other personal information on the blockchain, eliminating the need of passwords in everything. In the future, these ID services could be applied to government services, medicines and any other record keeping agency.

Blockchain system exist to combat greed and middlemen and to give individuals ultimate control of their identity and activity. In a blockchain future, we will see a world where our medical records are immediately available if we are in an accident; where online voting was possible; and where transparency was paramount and greed is disincentivized.

Blockchain has not only something to do with passwords and privacity. Also it guarantees you that the stored data isn't modify by others, for example. And there are other many helpful uses of this tecnology.

Of you are right, but I think we have to wait many, many years to see Blockchain used in our day a day.
