Cool, would you please let me know where to order 4Gb 1060s Smiley

All others with 3Gb variants, move to HiveOS, easy and stable. FO Windows.

i have a rig with 5 zotac 1050ti and 2 1060 4 gb oc, on windows 10
i  had a same problem after updated my windows and then
i increase virtual memory of windows like this http://www.techiepaw.com/use-hard-drive-as-ram/
and its work. Wink Smiley

Do anyone found the solution?

Today I stopped Claymore and restarted, it said not enough memory but will try - and succeeded  Smiley 3Gb 1060s mining ETH on ethermine.org   Tongue

I hope it will work for others, too.

WIN10 64 bit
Claymore 11.6

same here .. it was inevitable .. 3gb zotacs were near end of dag file size

Great Mining Program.  One of my favorites.   Grin
But today it stop mine on GTX 1060 3gb((

Сегодня с утра уже не добывает эфир видеокарта gtx 1060 с 3gb на win10

Switch to windows 7 or linux, you'll be good for another while.

Try 382.33.  it worked for me.

I have same problem.
I had to restarted miners (2 miner) and after that i can't mining ETC.

Specification:
Win10 Anniversary
Virtual cash 20000 to 100000 (I tryed fix on 50000).
MSI gtx 1060 3GB v. driver 388.43.
I tried Claymore (-eres 0 doesn't work for me), Ethminer 13 and Phoenix 2.6 and still writen same Out of memory.

Interesting is that phoenix alcating DAG 2,41G and good for epocho up to 181.
Here says to is good: https://investoon.com/tools/dag_size

Thank you very very much mate, this driver works with Claymore 9.7

good morning

friends tell them what I use
I have working 8 GPU 1060 3gb and today I present the problem cuda 11. Thanks to the -eres command 0 solve it.

For reference I have working with the 382.33 msi driver on the msi z170a board

Happy day

thanks for the solution

Happy you Smiley Good to hear it is solved for someone, this command solved me once, the stopped miner and since restarting it has been doing nothing, getting error. Same applies for lidag or allcoins etc commands, they do not help Sad
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CUDA error 11-cannot write buffer for DAG on: February 10, 2018, 05:37:49 PM
Something else must be wrong. Im still mining on my 3GB's which are a mix of different brands, they are nothing special.

Try reinstalling drivers? Got another pc you could try one GPU in to confirm the problem is with that rig?

Got another rig mixed 1050s+1060s, same problem. Friend has 16 1060s in 2 rigs, same problem Sad
All 3GB, different brands, different driver versions.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CUDA error 11-cannot write buffer for DAG on: February 10, 2018, 10:22:33 AM
Had this same problem. Started to think like the others above, "Oh no i cant mine anymore as dag files too big for my GPU" etc.

Take DAG file size, multiply by number of GPUS and set virtual memory to this size.

For me;
12x3GB GPU's
12x2.3GB = 27.6 GB so set virtual memory to 32GB (bit of overhead for DAG file size increases).

Done.

Unfortunately it does not help, 6 cards with 30Gb virtual memory, still the same error.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CUDA error 11-cannot write buffer for DAG on: February 10, 2018, 08:56:34 AM
Also the same here. 3GB 1060s can not start ETC, ETH fine. Once - eres solved, then no result, only error message.
One interesting thing, maybe a Windows techie can figure out something (I guess ir is Windows issue).
I run mixed rig of 3x1050s (4GB) and 3x1060s (3GB). I set up EBWF for ZEC for the 1050s only and Claymore for ETH for the 1060s only, on the same rig. If I start Claymore for the 1060s, it creates DAGs and starts mining, then I start EBWF, 1050s start ZEC and everything is good. But if I start EBWF for ZEC, then I start Claymore for 1060s,I get the same error message fir one 1060, always the same one and always for only one, Claymore dies and tries to restart, running into the same issue, loop.

Would love to see those figures Smiley

Could you please help me, have a rig with 4x1050ti+2x1060 6 Gb, EBWF freezes and soon restarts computer without error  code. Guess no HW error, same rig runs smoothly on ETH, all 6 cards working fine.
Tried to disable 2x1060, enable and lower intensity, disable 4x1050, run rig without afterburner, no advance...
