Sorry guys, I need to take a knee and put my hand up for this one.

When the faucets were re-released this week using the new script, I saw that I had no referrals, so I started a big advertising campaign on Cointiply and got a few hundred referrals in a couple of days.

When I saw I could no longer claim on the faucets I thought my account must have been flagged for getting too many referrals too quickly (you never know - that might be a thing). And now I see the faucets are down for everyone.

So yeah - sorry guys. I broke teh interwebs.  Grin

Now you are all supposed to tell me not to be so silly Smiley

NOT PAYING - not even approving new API requests. Their chat room is full of complaints about non-payment. And yet they are actively promoting the site on their Facebook page. What a devious pack of scammers. THIEVES!!!

I got paid from them 1 day ago  on my Litecoin address : https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/address/LiPKiSS9Njv3xEpGeakjX1RprjXvw3r724/

I have no problem as i never found them delaying payments, and they are paying from ages.

Nice for you. They haven't paid my 25k btc sats from 3 days ago, and all faucets plus the website are down.

Is there any way to stop a pending withdrawal in my coinpot account? I withdrew to a scam site and want to prevent the transaction from getting there if possible. It is still pending after 2+ days... 300k satoshi  Huh Embarrassed

So you withdrew to a scam site hoping to profit from the suffering of others, and now you got scammed. Gotta love karma.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Withdrew from Coinpot to scam site - "Pending" after 2 days - Help Please! on: December 23, 2017, 08:57:44 PM
So I saved 300k satoshi over the course of 2 months and had been very careful with doing anything with it up until 2 days ago. A friend suggested I try a new site called Colobit.biz and do it for just 15 days to make some extra btc from my saved satoshi. I looked up a bunch of reviews on it and I thought it was legit. Now all the sites have basically changed their status from "PAYING" .. not a scam - to " NOT PAYING"...scam. My withdrawal was from my coinpot wallet and therefore I have no real control over the transaction. It it being sent to this colobit wallet. The transaction was without a fee (free) and I'm guessing that it was sent by coinpot using the least amount of mining fee as possible.

Is there anything I can do about this to get my satoshi back before it hits colobit wallet and I lose it forever to a scam? It took me over 100 hours to get this and I am pretty stressed out right now Sad

I read somewhere that if the mining fee is too low, after 2 weeks the btc will hit your account again. I am afraid though because it is coinpot's wallet that it will just keep getting sent out until it gets picked up by the blockchain.

PLEASE HELP!  Huh Embarrassed Cry

Colobit.biz - really? Did you even read the pigeon english on the website? Dear oh dear...
And please tell me what you think is "safe" about accumulating 300k satoshis in a faucet website? Did you ever once think about sending it out to a proper wallet? Seriously?

I guess you will learn an expensive lesson.

For your consideration in the future, here are the rules of crypto:

Rule #1 of crypto:

Don't keep all your eggs in one basket.

Rule #2 of crypto:

Never invest more than you are willing to lose.

Rule #3 of crypto:

Don't fall for the FOMO.

Rule #4 of crypto:

Buy low - sell high

Rule #5 of crypto:

"Don't talk to me unless its about intangible coins..."

I think you broke rules #1 and #3.

Coinpot is gone.

By the way, why would you ever withdraw anything to a website that you yourself call a scam site? Are you an absolute sucker??

I never experienced any problems with them, but at the moment the site is down.

"CoinPot is currently offline for maintenance - apologies for the inconvenience, we will be back ASAP!"

What's your problem? The site is clearly offline for manteinance as the message clearly states.

I'm just a "bit" worried of the loyalty daily bonus of the moon* faucets, let's hope the admin will take into consideration the fact one couldn't claim during manteinance and he will prolong the timout accordingly to not reset the bonus.
Yeah, I'm also worried to loose my 100% loyalty bonus. All their faucets offline all day long, and only few hours left to claim before loosing bonus.
Interesting, why maintenance takes so long this time? I hope they finally integrate Solve Media captcha on Moon faucets and finally will solve "Something very bad happened" error.
Maybe they will add BCH faucet this time?

They've had maintenance on the site before but I've never seen all the faucets also go offline. Also, add the fact that they recently lowered the btc withdrawal threshold from 50k sats to 25k sats to encourage everyone to convert their alts to bitcoin my assumption is they have shut down the shop and stolen everyone's bitcoin. How many offers were still pending payout?? hundreds? thousands?? Anyone defending their position without supporting evidence has rocks in their heads.
