Would love to see pictures of the units. Where are you located and when did you receive them? I know of some people in the USA that have not received them yet...

Last Picture... 63 L21 running for 4 months already at 30-35 GH total rate. (at current diff 4-4,3 LTC  x day)

We use the BW provided power supply and so far no problems.

This Datacenter runs BW L21 for Scrypt merged LTC/DOGE , Canaan Avalon 741 and Bitmain Antminer S9 for SHA256 BTC/BCH and finally BW E22 RIGS for ETH+DCR / ETC+DCR / XMR

Note: E22 Rig  =  6 Nvidia p106 mining at 144 MH ETH

Thanks for your response.

I found this information:

"Updates: Innosilicon A5 is 34Ghs (750w). 40GHs (1250w) overclocked. Previous promise for 1st batch pre order was 30.2Ghs vs 38GHs - The 1st batch pre-ordered will be delivered in mid Oct onwards ."

34 GHS ... nice speed x 750W  i like to see that in action Cheesy

For dev. i'm interested to buy new avalon 741.
Awesome miner support it??
Avalon 7 miners are supported. I've received reports from users that these miners works fine with Awesome Miner.

I have a new batch of 75 Avalon installed but i cannot manage to make awesome miner find them with the wizard (new miner- network scan - sgminer)

Please help!

Thanks!
Can you check the API permissions on that cgminer instance for Avalon? I think it is disabled by default. You can share the configuration file (cgminer.conf or similar) with me if you want and I can try to guide you.

Edit: Thanks to another user with Avalon 741, I got a suggestion to look for the following in the Avalon configuration: Status -> CGMiner Configuration. Then you should find API Allow setting.

How many Avalon miners have you connected to each Raspberry Pi controller?

Right now 20 Avalon x raspberry pi3 (maximun allowed)
Working at 115% ... very very nice hardware!
Thanks for the tips i will try this in the farm.

Cheesy

If Patrike or someone sees something wrong i mistakenly did in the guide, please add info so i can make any corrections to the guide or add new info, this is how i currently go about this situation. If you cant see the pictures, just right click them and open in new tab so you can see full view image.

Thanks for the guide!!  i will receive 2 L21 litecoin miners in this days and i like to test the machines in Awesomeminer. Hard task to do but not imposible. Cheesy

Search in the bios config the option to use the m2 for pcie.-

Have a nice day!

I bought the software for 500 miners and works very well.
For now we have antminers for BTC and in a few weeks LTC/X11.-
The rigs for altcoins also works very well, with the nvidia 10xx series and the radeon RX series.-

Thanks!!
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Weird Sapphire RX570 Nitro+ problem [bounty for a solution] on: July 30, 2017, 06:58:43 PM
Would love it, if someone would be able to help me with this one.

I built a mining machine (7x rx570 4gb nitro+, MSI Z170A pro carbon, 120gb ssd, 4gb ram, celeron G3900, superflower 1600W PSU, 7x riser) and put it in homemade open air case.

I installed windows on it, flashed bios on GPUs, configured all the details (4g encoding on motherboard, copied older version of drivers to new folder so windows detects more than 5x rx570 etc) and started mining. Was happy to get about 29 MH/s in dual mine mode. I quickly found out that one of the cards was faulty (got memory errors even with stock bios and stock frequencies) so I sent it back and happily mined with 6 cards. Also cranked up the fans, so temperature on each GPU was about 50 degrees celsius.

I got the card back, but this one was faulty as well (rig would not even turn on, even when switched to different PCIE slot, different riser and switched to secondary bios). So I sent it back as well.

Then the supplier told me, that they could not supply the chosen GPU if I would be OK with Gigabyte version of RX570. I said sure, as long as I got something right?

Now the weird shit started to happen. I hook up the 7th card and screen stays black. I turn the machine off, disconnect the card, turn it back on and windows started to repair the disk. I leave it for about an hour, the repair progress is still at 0% so I decided to reinstall it. I reinstall win 10, do all the configuration with drivers, start mining with original configuration and I notice 2 cards were mining with 22 MH/s. But it was late and I said, fuck it, I'll deal with this shit tommorow. The next morning I check mining status and see that the machine stopped mining at about 3 am, screen was black. I turned the machine off and than turned it on again - nothing.

So I try each card by itself - same results. I use the cards bios switch to switch to secondary (the quiet one) bios and windows starts up normally. I flash the primary bios again, thinking something has gone wrong, with the primary bios, restart the computer and again nothing - black screen. I switch the bios again to secondary and I am thinking maybe the bios chip is somehow damaged. I flash the secondary bios with original primary bios and now I get black screen even with that. At this point I stopped playing around and opened this thread.

Any ideas what has gone wrong and why the cards wont start up? I will probably do the 8+1 trick and flashed the secondary bios to the original one, but I am abit in the dark here.

I am willing to reward the person that gives me a solution =)

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Buying GPUs for mining on: July 30, 2017, 06:52:36 PM
Is it better deal to buy new GTX 1060 3gb for 240 EUR or used RX 480 8gb XFX GTR for 280 EUR??

I'm aware the prices are sky high now, but AMD gives better hash although its used and more expensive.

I will recommend buy geforce 1060 with 6 GB VRAM... thank me later.-

I like the 1070 8GB ...and the radeon rx580   BUT

a-   The memory of the cards is important (elpida, samsung, etc) and make difference in MH
b-   The brand and model too ...  for example, the MSI are very good cards but not all the models... some dont have good cooling etc...

Have a nice day!

I was lucky to buy an Antminer D3 from Bitmain last week,
where can I find a manual to configure it (e.g. Dash mining, adress, pool, ??)?

This is my first asic so wanna prepare and read before it arrives.

The antminers are web managed.
You connect the miner to the network... wait 1-3 min for dhcp, do a network scan and open the antminer via http.
Then use this:
user     root
password    root

If you like to setup more than 1 miner, you can download from bitmain support web the "BitmainMinerTool"

Have a nice day and sorry for my bad english, i am latin american Cheesy
