1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Footy Cash | Fantasy Sports Coin With Masternodes | NEW YouTube MasterNode Video on: September 28, 2017, 01:29:59 AM
Hey There --

I was away for a bit; I've got some coins in my FOOTY wallet (v2, did the whole swap) which I'd like to move to my XFT wallet, obviously, but can't figure out how to do that. Whenever I enter my XFT address in the "send" field in the FOOTY wallet, it doesn't recognize the address and I'm not able to send any coins anywhere.

Any resources to help solve this? Really appreciate it!

Hey All --

Pardon my ignorance and my not going back through all 50 pages of comments... Shame on me but I'm just now getting to the swapping and hopefully I'm not too late. I've got 500 (five hundred) FOOTY coins in my wallet (it's v2 already), which I've stored there for awhile from an exchange (I believe they were purchased on CoinExchange originally). Given that it's already de-listed (right?), how can I send them to an exchange to send them to v1 of the wallet, to send them back to v2 to send them to the admins? I'm a little lost... if anyone can point me in the right direction (even if it's to a previous post outlining this situation), I'd be really grateful. I realize it's not enough coins for a MasterNode and don't particularly care anyway. But really do appreciate the help!

Cheers,
Luke

3  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How the hell do I turn my USD -back- into BTC on Bitfinex?! on: August 08, 2017, 06:20:00 PM
That's what I'm saying, there is no "amount" textbox! It's so weird but it just disappeared after I made the initial transfer from BTC-to-USD (you can see that it's missing in the screenshot in my og post)....
What? I can see the textbox on your screenshot.

Are you saying that the textbox above isn't there anymore? Did you took the screenshot before that happened or what?

oh for fuck's sake! hahaha I was trying to do it through the "exchange buy" button - thinking I was "buying" BTC with USD. Don't know why I never tried the 'sell' button. But that seems to have done the trick! Thank you so much!

This may seems obvious, but are you filling the "Amount" textbox with the amount of BTC (or IOTA in this case) you want to buy?

Hi There --

First post; relatively new trader... Anyway: I've got ~$488 USD on Bitfinex (currently in my 'exchange' wallet)... It was my first time using this particular exchange (I typically stick to Bittrex but wanted some Iota, which isn't on Bittrex) and anyway, I turned it from BTC into USD (I thought it was turning into USDT) before the Aug 1 madness. Thinking I'd tether it when the price was high and turn it back into (more) BTC when the price dropped (the thinking at the time).

I'd still like to turn it back into BTC (or buy IOTA with the USD directly) but cannot for the life of me figure out how. I don't want to withdraw it, I just want to exchange the USD I have on the exchange. Pretty straightforward, right? But here's the issue, even though the $488 shows up as my exchange balance, there's nowhere to input an order size (see screenshot on imgur - link below) or clearly pair my USD/BTC. And when I click on 'exchange buy' anyway, a popup comes up that says "invalid order size(amount=0)".

Any ideas whatsoever are greatly appreciated - I'd just like to spend money with Bitfinex and would like them to not hold my money hostage. Several support ticket requests (and Tweets) have gone unanswered.

Thanks so much guys!
