Конечно же нужно все чередовать а не постоянно есть одно и то же, для желудка это тоже не хорошо. Свинина конечно тяжелая, поэтому я перешла на куриное филе и морскую рыбу, от свинины конечно же полностью не отказываюсь, но ем ее реже. |

Конечно же нужна, ведь мы состоим на 70% из воды, каждый день нужно пить хотя бы 1,5-2 литра в день.
Я стараюсь пить воду везде и всюду, даже с едой, чай практически перестала пить.
