1  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 22, 2014, 05:14:29 PM
Which android miner are people using on their X1's? I just received mine today and wanted to test it. (I wasn't expecting my X1 to come with a screen and even more so a android installed on it.)

I had a phone call from DHL this evening regarding paying my import tax for a delivery, I called to inquire who it was from and it was from BA. I ordered a X1 directly from them back in November, I've had no emails from BA regarding my order at all so this came as a surprise.

I had requested a refund about a month ago but never heard anything back from them apart from their automated response about submitting a ticket. So I'll just sell my X1 on ebay when it turns up just to try and make the money back on it rather than waiting on ROI.

I also placed my order before resellers were introduced and I have not had any shipping info from BA. Its a little unfair that resellers are getting getting their orders before other people that have ordered before them.

I don't think I'll order from BA again, It was the same experience I got from BFL but at least they sent orders in kind of payment order.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Corrupt Wallet. on: January 17, 2014, 06:40:15 PM
So Ive managed to recover the wallet to working order using the above command and it now loads in the bitcoin wallet. Problem now is that the addresses are different and I can not see the balance in the wallet.

When I do a search of my old address the pywallet web interface/transactions It shows all my old address and all the transactions. So the btc must be on the wallet I just dont know how to get it show up in the bitcoin client.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Corrupt Wallet. on: January 16, 2014, 04:38:13 PM
Hi I setup a cold wallet a few months back and saved it on a usb stick. Now I have reinstalled the bitcoin client on my pc and copied over the saved wallet, but when I start the bitcoin client it says wallet.dat is corrupt salvage failed.

I have installed pywallet on my win8 pc and some other dependencies. I ran the command pywallet.py --dumpwallet and I get a error try quitting bitcoin and running this again(bitcoin is was closed when I tried this).

Does anyone know another way to recover this wallet, I did also try to drag it into blockchain to see it it would recover it but it also gave some error "Unexpected end of file from server".

There is not a lot of btc on the wallet but I would still like to recover it if it is possible.

17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Need help finding/installing a wifi adaptor driver for Minepeon/linux. on: November 04, 2013, 07:24:41 PM
I have been having trouble trying to find good info on how to install the driver for my Linksys Wireless-G usb network adaptor WUSB54GS. I think it is a version 1 because it has no version underneath.

I Know this is a old adaptor but I think it would do better than the crap maplin one I have, It drops connection everyday or so, sometimes multiple and I want to use a solid device.

I've used lsusb and some other command to see that my linksys adaptor is recognised and I have tried some driver installs that have failed to make it work ( I cant remember the name of which it was but I think its the same name as the one it peon uses now for its normal wifi driver).

Any help or guide on how to get it working would be great or anyone else having experience in getting one of these working would be great.

I wonder if anyone can help me, I have currently been using bfgminer for my jally which has been fine. I recieved a bitburner the other day and I can not get BFG to mine with the bitburner.

When I run my bat file I first see a RTED the after that the miner starts because it sees teh jally and then it spams a message "Error trying to wake notifer".

Thsi is my startup line, bfgminer -o xxxxxxxxx -u xxxxxx -S opencl:noauto --avalon-options 115200:2:10:45:300 --queue 4

I have the ftdi driver installed from the website which I've read is needed for BFGminer and im just at a loss as to what to do.
20  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Work in progess] Burnins Avalon Chip to mining board service on: October 15, 2013, 06:35:30 PM
I recieved my bitburner today, I can get it to run under cgminer but I don't want to use it as it does freaky things with my mouse while using my pc. I want to use bfgminer which Im already using for my jally. I input the --avalon-options 115200:2:10:d:300 -S avalon:\\.\COM9 into the bat file but this does not work. Am I pointing BFG to the wrong driver?

Im just following the readme in BFG.
