1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency launching on: March 22, 2018, 10:57:02 PM
Pablo Escobar’s Brother Launches “Diet Bitcoin” ICO. What do you think about this, could it be ponzi? And that question was aroused because of the type of person pablo was.

https://www.icoexaminer.com/ico-news/pablo-escobars-brother-launches-diet-bitcoin-ico/

I think people like him launching ICO which is very useless in my eyes and it sounds just like an ICO scam. we know that scam is the easiest way to steal the person and it can not be denied very often at the present time, so we as buyers must be smart to choose ico by looking at whitepapernya and the team that compiled it.

3  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin global regulation on: March 21, 2018, 01:47:10 PM
from the information that you have write above, there is several country taht have not accept bitcoin. but people who use bitcoin expect global regulation of bitcoin so all bitcoin user can use bitcoin globally.

Joachim Wuermeling of Bundesbank believes there is very little chance of containing this digital global phenomenon with differing national rules across the globe. With international co-operation in regulating Bitcoin comes a chance for regulators to take control, says Wuermeling.

It is clear that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will continue to exist in ways that many regulators disapprove of unless there is a united front on wresting the digital currency economy under global control.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New to Trading on: March 21, 2018, 12:12:21 PM
What are the driving factors for crytpocurrency valuation?

Scarcity? Utility? Use? Demand? Network? or am I off base already?

basically the value of bitcoin is based on its scarcity due to the limited price of bitcoin with only 21 million pieces. if there is an increase in interest then bitcoin prices will increase and if there is a decrease in interest then bitcoin prices will also decrease. but the increased interest is also influenced by issues circulating in the community. so essentially bitcoin prices are influenced by the issues that are in circulation.

6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Americans jail a 24 year old for selling bitcoins wthout asking for ID on: March 05, 2018, 05:02:21 PM
http://everycryptonews.com/24-year-old-jailed-selling-bitcoin-without-asking-id/

Quote
US law agencies can celebrate another success in their tireless crusade to stop ‘unlicensed money transmitting’ in the land of the free. The latest victory is sending a 24-year old crime kingpin to federal prison for making $40,000 from trading bitcoin offline.

Eldon Stone Ross, a 24-year-old from Kennett Square borough of Chester County, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced on Wednesday to serve a year and a day in federal prison for buying and selling large amounts of bitcoin to people without reporting the transactions to the US government.

The young man supposedly sold $1.5 million in bitcoin for almost two years but made only $40,000 (a mere 2.6%) in commissions, which he now has to hand over to the government in addition to his year-long prison sentence. He has been convicted for conducting an unlicensed money transmitting business between January 2015 and November 2016 and failing to report the fiat to bitcoin transactions.

Ross admitted in October 2017 to selling $50,000 worth of bitcoin to undercover federal agents related to Homeland Security Investigations. In each case, they reported he “failed to obtain identifying information from the agents,” according to court records. Like in previous such cases across the US, the authorities claim that by not conducting exchange-like know-your-customer (KYC) procedures and reporting to the Department of the Treasury, the bitcoin seller was enabling money laundering.

I think he was using local bitcoins to make his sales.

People are better off buying and selling on the exchanges, because that way the responsibility to check ID lies with the exchanges and not you.
wow $50000 that huge amount of money no wonder if he US goverment catch him. i wonder who is the people buy bitcoin with him. this is new make people and government a bullet to against bitcoin make regulation for it and even worse shutting down bitcoin.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it easy to trade cryptocurrency? on: March 05, 2018, 04:02:53 PM
Is it easy to trade cryptocurrency?

The spread is lower that forex or it is the same?

Comment down below your opinion.

Thank you.

 Smiley
trading in crypto is far more easy than forex because crypto is not to difficult to read the chart and do some fundamental analisys. the main thing in trading crypto is we never loss, if you buy some crypto and then it drop just hold it and sell when the price up again, never loss unless you're impatient and cannot wait for long time.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: SAFE TRADING METHOD on: March 05, 2018, 03:16:16 PM
I think the most secure trading is to use some money from trading capital and use money that will not be in use for the near future,
for example I have $ 1000 and I need to use the money for my family's living needs, then I can use $ 250 for trading and the rest to survive, do you mean from this revelation?
this method is used so that you are not too depressed if the money you have stuck in the expensive price.
this is the basic method to trade crypto. let's say you have 100% capital and want to buy a crypto you should spend 10% of it to buy at the buy point that your decide, when the price go down below your first target point use 20% of the rest of your capital yo buy again but make sure you buy at the dip. and if go below again use 50% of your capital, and when the 50% is up it will cover the loss of 20% and 10% .
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for thesis? on: March 05, 2018, 02:40:07 PM
Could it be possible for a bitcoin to become a thesis? I mean its a way of spreading awareness of btc. What do you think?
that's great idea to bring bitcoin/blockhain become a thesis, you may get into trouble in finding literacy or references to bitcoin. but i hope you can spread positive awareness about bitcoin not the negative side so much more people using bitcoin and accept bitcoin in the society.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there a microchip implant in your country? on: March 05, 2018, 01:25:01 PM
You can inject one under your skin and no one will ever notice, Using short-range Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) signals, it can transmit your identity as your pass through a security checkpoint or walk into a football stadium. it can help you buy groceries at wal-mart. in a worst-case scenario- of you are kidnapped in a foreign countty for example- it could save your life.

are you agree with this thing?
I have heard a people that inject the radio transmitter on his hand and that function as the bitcoin wallet. i wonder in the future maybe people will not need cash. they just need they fingerprint maybe to make some payment and buy something
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why almost everybody suggest to hold? on: March 05, 2018, 12:49:24 PM
Hi all,
I have a really simple question or so seems to me cause i am a crypto noob.
I really do not understand why almost everybody suggest to hold when there is a dip or correction.

With my simple noob logic i think that when there is a dip someone could sell at the start of the dip or do something else (e.g. buy tether y i know the rumors or something similar anyway) and then buy again later when the correction has stop or decrease.

Obviously no one knows when there is a many days dip and when it will end in order to buy but even so one can save much money just for sell and buy in between even without predict the absolute start and end of a dip.

I hold as everyone suggests but i now realise that if i had sell even a couple days before even yesterday-and not right after the start of the dip and buy lets say now i would have save a bunch of money relatively with what i am doing now which is hold.

I really must be missing something since i am crypto noob orelse i cannot explain why everyone suggest hold while i fear that real pros are doing the oppossite.

I would like to ask only experienced people who know what they are talking about to give their opinions cause i am fed up reading pseudo crypto pros everywhere around. I bet many of you understand what i mean. Everybody has become a crypto pro . Well i am a crypto noob and i need your heads up.

Thank you for your time reading this and excuse my lame English.

Regards.
because holding bitcoin is the safest way to make your bitcoin value increase, ussually people who hold their bitcoin in long time like 1-2 years, never regret they have hold their bitcoin. and also compared trading hold bitcoin will make the mind kta quiet and not panic if there is a significant increase or decrease in price. this why people suggest to hold bitcoin
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: i hav 0.5 btc ... on: March 05, 2018, 12:16:34 PM
i may suggest you to hold your bitcoin until the end of this years. if you sell it now you will regret because bitcoin price right now is tend very low if we compare with the end of 2017.

but if you still wanna invest on ICO. you can invest on this :
  • Loomia
  • Babb
  • Dadi
  • Coinmetro
  • Datawallet
  • Fabric
  • STK
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: News related to crypto on: March 05, 2018, 11:39:28 AM
I would like to ask
Is there a list where you can find the most reliable news here about crypto, we already encounter some FUD news here, so I need to know if there is a legit website or publisher that only publishes true news whether this is bad or good news for us to be more updated on what's going to happen in the crypto world.

If there is no list like that, can you give me some reliable news source so I can post it here for other members to read them for their reference?
in my opinion there is now bitcoin news website are the most reliable because bitcoin in very sensitive with bad news, and a bet every bitcoin news websites is have their own interests while they publish they news.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading don't work for me too well on: March 05, 2018, 11:13:54 AM
Have lost so much money on coins that doesn't work well for me. I know I'm being impatient and ignorant this maybe a good time to find some insight and good answers on how to get better
dude i think you have know what your weakness you said it you ar impatient and you still do trading, if you are people like maybe trading is not the best choice for you. my be you can try investment on ICO or invesment in long term not trading. you can buy coin and forget it. this is not easy for impatient person because i know your feeling dude.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if bitcoin crashes? on: March 05, 2018, 10:38:02 AM
What do you think would happen to the rest of the currencies if for some reason bitcoin were to crash and the price dropped to 0?
bitcoin price will not drop to 0 because there will always be people who take advantage of the price reduction from bitcoin and will not visit it to buy bitcoin on a large scale and if it happens to eat bitcoin prices will rise again, amid a significant price increase due to large-scale purchase, then there will be people who will panic to go buy without careful consideration and in the end they get stuck at a high price point and when big buyers sell all the bitcoins suddenly, then the panicked people will be afraid to cut loss in the hope that the price will stay up after the correction and in the case of bitcoin prices will persist.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KYCs (Know your Client) is killing crypto on: March 05, 2018, 12:52:19 AM
When I was starting to get involved in crypto-currency, one of its features that attracts me is the privacy it gives you. Now with all those KYC being required in exchanges and in ICOs and other platforms, some people are beginning to be hesitant in their activities in crypto.

in my opinion, this really necessary because as we know bitcoin is very anonymouse on the network and almost impossible to know the identity of person on blockhain. so the exchanger need to know the customer from the beginning when he sign up on the exchanger to prevent money laundering and terrorist fund.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New to Crypto, Any Advice? on: March 04, 2018, 04:47:35 PM
Hello, Im new to the Crypto world and wanted to hear some advice from the pro's on where to start. i havnt purchased any coins yet, but i have been using coinpot and various faucets. I was wondering if i should keep going with this or is it a waste of my time. Also they say theres no fee for converting coins, but i dont get the same conversion rate as i do on the coinmarketcap calculator. Basically id like to hear from the professionals maybe a strategy for really small trades, or that this is a waste of time and buy some coins with my hard earned money and go from there lol. and if thats the case, where to go. im in Canada by the way, if that helps.

Thanks for any help you can offer me. I hope to get more active in the forums and meet great/smart people along the way Smiley

18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ~BTC in Medical Industry on: March 04, 2018, 02:24:08 PM
in my opinion transaction with bitcoin for now days is still not the best choice especially on the hospital, because we dont know if the bitcoin network will work fast or not. bitcoin infrastructure has to upgrade to tke this challenge and face up the growth of the user.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Credit card for bitcoin users on: March 04, 2018, 10:27:39 AM
why we should use credit card for bitcoin?? while we have wallet to make instant payment, credit card is very vulnerable of carding and stolen information, it will be very dangerous to transaction with that card especially if you have a lot of bitcoin on that credit card.
