I've built a simple to to use Pump and Dump bot for Bittrex with a beautiful graphical interface, it works on Windows, Mac and Linux. It's well tested and has made me a fair amount of profit in the past 2 months.

It's extremely fast (uses websockets rather than polling), secure (your keys are stored locally) and flexible (it allows for multiple sell points and shows a second-by-second price graph of the coin during the pump)
