1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Want to make up $7,500 for helping me reach out to Poloniex? on: September 14, 2017, 12:30:50 AM
Thanks once again guys, I've submitted the relevant information to BBB so we will see what haopens next. I'll post here any updates but in the meantime if anybody else has a suggestion then please don't hesitate to leave a response. To the members who mentioned the BBB; if a resolution is met with Poloniex in conjunction with the BBB's assistance then you will both receive something from me in return for your input, I'm very grateful.

Thanks guys, I have opened separate tickets since then, but received no response on them either.

I even have a secondary account for which I've linked to my primary and then created support tickets from my second account requesting that withdrawals are enabled between them both (again no response)..

I feel bad when I read stories of people being shafted by rogue exchanges. 50 days is unacceptable and unforgivable. This is not just a case of something having been overlooked unintentionally. Dishonesty is at play here. Fraud. Intentional and dirty fraud.

Can you please pm me the transaction details and I will try to help by using my time-tested harassment methods. Thanks

Edit... just saw the ticket number. Let me see what I can do.

Sent you a PM as requested.

Thank you for the posts above guys, much appreciated. Still haven't received a response as of yet Sad
5  Economy / Exchanges / Want to make up $7,500 for helping me reach out to Poloniex? on: September 09, 2017, 02:44:10 AM
So far I'm almost up to 50 days without any human interaction within my ticket regarding my BTC withdrawal hitting the "Awaiting Approval" status.

Ticket ID:#337772

My account balance is substantially large, and we simply cannot afford to wait any longer (literally).

We're almost at our deadline to be forced to remortgage our family home, and we're now beginning to panic..

I'm personally going to set aside up to $7,500 from my Poloniex wallet balance to donate to those who help me get some exposure or some kind of contact with Poloniex to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Just post below or send me a PM if you think you can help.

Thanks in advance!

Still haven't received any kind of response.

I'm personally going to set aside up to $5,000 from my Poloniex wallet balance to donate to those who help me get some exposure or some kind of contact with Poloniex to resolve these issues.

@Alphi - To my knowledge, Javan is based in the UK. But I have no idea who he is. All I know is that he is taking hella long to even acknowledge my ticket. I've altered the ticket to the withdraw being connected to a timed address, so I guess we'll see what happens from here.

Yeah I've learnt my lesson now as far as exchanges are concerned, as I'm not really invested heavily in the crypto community itself, I wasn't aware of the issues with Poloniex support until I got caught up

As for those Bitcoin addresses, I don't see 10,000 coins there anymore Sad

I'll be sure to take a look at their so called "Terms of Service".

@holydarkness - Unfortunately not, I've created a few tickets. But I beg to differ how other users have this knowledge about tickets being pushed to the bottom.

@Friday78 - Is your ticket for awaiting approval on a transaction?
9  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Poloniex trustworthy? on: August 31, 2017, 09:01:21 AM
Well I have over $100k stuck in there, all of my withdraws are "Awaiting Approval" and I've been waiting over a month for a response from support.. So make your own mind up!
10  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex withdraw "Awaiting Approval" - How long have you been waiting? on: August 31, 2017, 08:49:08 AM
@poordeveloper - It's okay no problem Smiley

As far as my ticket's concerned, I have been assigned with "Javan", who seems to be in the land of nod since 38 days ago..

I'm personally offering a $2,500 bounty from my Poloniex account balance to the person who may be able to assist in contacting these guys direct or at least speeding up the response process.. Re-mortgaging our family home is becoming a serious possibility as the days go by Sad

I'm entirely confused as to tickets with a higher ID than mine and others can be processed sooner. Would you mind sharing who was assigned to your ticket? I have "Javan", who seems to be in the land of nod since 38 days ago..

Well I can confirm that "high value customers" aren't being put first in this situation (speaking from personal experience).

I've had a ticket open for 38 days now, with absolutely no human interaction. I'm "Awaiting Approval" on all attempted withdraws and myself and my family are beginning to suffer financially due to these recent happenings. I'm a level 2 verified user and level 3 trader. I've been with Poloniex for a long time, and to not be considered one of the more frequent users with large amounts of cryptocurrency stored is disheartening to say the least.

I've made several threads here on BitcoinTalk and I've even reached out over on Reddit, but I'm just receiving nothing back Sad

Ticket ID: #337772

I really hope that Poloniex will be able to resolve these issues for me promptly, because the longer this takes, the reality of having to re-mortgage our family home is getting closer Sad
13  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex withdraw "Awaiting Approval" - How long have you been waiting? on: August 30, 2017, 09:53:44 PM
@Harizen - If you don't mind me asking, when was it that you had the issue that was resolved after 10 days? I have created several other tickets since the original, but still no response in those either.

@poordeveloper - Sorry, I wasn't dis-regarding your advice, just pointing out that I had already made replies to the ticket before posting this thread and reading your suggestion. I haven't posted my ticket ID in the thread as of yet, but I'll be sure to do that right away along with sending a message to the OP, thank you.
14  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex withdraw "Awaiting Approval" - How long have you been waiting? on: August 30, 2017, 08:52:54 PM
I am responding to the ticket on a regular basis as of 3 days ago as I checked out some trollbox history and saw one of the moderators advise someone to bump their ticket consistently to get a quicker response, so I typically considered this to be the best method of practice in this situation. I've also read about horror stories regarding support tickets still awaiting response after 60 days of waiting, and even in some cases 90 days..

Completely unacceptable in my eyes considering Poloniex is the biggest exchange out there. I'm also level 2 verified with a level 3 trader status.

My family and I are beginning to suffer financially because of this situation, and it seems that quite simply nobody has two cares in the world of my personal situation or the impact this is beginning to have in real life.

How long have you been waiting for a response from Poloniex?
16  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex withdraw request has been "Awaiting Approval" for over a week! on: August 18, 2017, 12:27:39 AM
Just an update. Still no response almost a month later!

I guess nobody over there gives a shit. PERFECT!
18  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex Ticket number order and resolution time on: August 12, 2017, 04:58:55 PM
My ticket:

#337772 - Processing since 24 July (19 days) - Ticket assigned to "Javan" but no response.

Made a thread on Reddit:

Still haven't received a response on my tickets as of yet. Also tried messaging Mike-Poloniex on Reddit for a potential resolution, but still no response.. I've also linked my other Poloniex account to my main account and requested withdraws to be enabled via support but AGAIN no response!

Anybody else currently experiencing the same issue?
