已经好了，貌似是美国网络的问题.....不过blockchain的售后支持其实是外包的，服务很一般，基本无法解答除了技术外的其他问题。唯一能联系上blockchain的方式除了facebook等，只有那个解除认证的有个留言的，昨天我点击了那个留言，把我的情况告诉了blockchain，第二天就好了，能收到短信了.

multibit也许版本改了，只是支持key格式的，无法识别blockchain。info导出的钱包格式。

实际上我再blockchain注册了另外一个钱包，导入了我原来的备份，问题是，只能看到我所有包括旧钱包的交易记录，原来的地址和地址里面的btc根本就没过去....

根本就是不让登陆，也不答复的问题....我试过其他账号，用其他手机，可以收到短信....

i dont konw why my phone can receive any another  sms but blockchain.....

i cant open my wallet at all
i have  few btc in it but i email to  support@blockchain.zendesk.com
they just close my quetison do not give any answer at all。

so  how can i restore my back wawllet ?i had backup my wallet to wallet.aes.json file....

问题是 blockchain的客服直接不回答就关闭我的问题！多问几次还关闭我的提问账号。

在线钱包用了2年，还有5.5个btc,最近越来越慢，直到完全无法下载数据，然后钱包登陆进去所有交易和余额都变成0，然后问他们的技术支持。
结果更糟，昨天连登陆验证sms短信都收不到，我怀疑是不是他们根本不发？
多问几次，也就2次，他们直接就把我的问题（甚至是没有重复的问题）强行关闭了。他们一直不回复，一检查，发现连我绑定账号用于提问的邮箱都停用了

 blockchain wallet  show my available btc is 4.73 so i cant take out 5.55btc
and i can only take  4.73 at 2014.11.03

整个5-6月份购买的蚂蚁基本上都有这个问题。

如果不是代理，就上门揍他。
