It's the same if you buy a preorder of a paid one, you have to send the BTC before having the miner.
Here it's a small amount of money: you change directly the password, and you get you miner with a very small price increase and I get a few money for this... You get a miner directly from bitmain with no wait for the seller to reship.

The risk is extremely limited for you, and if I scam you, you just have to come here an no one would buy any other order, so I will be f***ed.
