1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why price going down today? on: September 02, 2017, 10:00:09 PM
There has been an unstable amount of growth in the last couple of days so the correction seems to be pretty normal. The long term growth should be looking positive though. Try not to freak out from this short term loss.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [NEO] (Antshares) Speculation & Discussion on: August 30, 2017, 12:06:09 AM
Damn so expensive now. Is the price too high to get into now guys?
3  Other / Off-topic / Re: Places you want to travel to before you die on: August 25, 2017, 09:50:10 AM
I want to discover all the places in Japan. I've already been there for 10 days and loved it but I want to see all of it.
4  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is Mind Reading Possible? on: August 24, 2017, 02:07:47 AM
In a way yes it's possible if you are hooked up to the right machines that measure the specific readings showing the electrical movement and chemical signals that your body produces but I don't think we will get to the point where you can specifically say exactly what someone is thinking. This torture will always be used in war. I think for a long time we can just tell how people are generally feeling about certain things.
5  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: How long will it take me to make 1BTC using Faucets? on: August 21, 2017, 09:33:59 AM
It's impossible because after you have spent enough time on faucets you will realize there are better ways to just earn money and buy the Bitcoin. I doubt someone would spend the time to earn even 0.1 btc
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin cash pump on: August 19, 2017, 02:26:38 PM
Wow this is quite a pump. Thats great news. I have to still split mine and claim my bcc but Im too scared to screw up. Maybe one day the prices between btc and bcc will flip. Not sure which one has more potential.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: paper wallet on: August 18, 2017, 03:36:16 PM
Too bad the ledger wallet orders are so backed thoigh. Ordered a Ledgr nano and gotta wait like 3 months. Can't wait to get it though. Good security. I think a mix of different types of wallets are a good choice so that you have liquidity when you need it, and extra security for larger balances. I would like to make a paper wallet soon just for fun to see how it works in person.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardware Wallet for altcoins? on: August 16, 2017, 04:24:17 AM
I ordered the ledger nano but it will take like 4 months to deliver. . . . I hope my bitcoins are safe until then
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 10 different altcoins on: August 14, 2017, 03:16:22 AM
Of course it depends on what those 10 altcoins are. Some have potential and if you did enough homework and believe that you have enough reason to hold them, it might be good to habe in your portfolio. One mobile wallet I have Coinomi supports many types of coins including the main ones like BTC ETH and LTC. It has shapeshift integrated. I just changed some BTC into ETH today within the wallet. I think Coinomi might be what you are asking for. Check it out.
10  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Using Bitfinex in the US, possible still? on: August 13, 2017, 03:07:18 PM
I understand that bitfinex will stop serving accounts of verified customers. To my knowledge unverified customers will be unaffected.

That doesnt make sense. By letting a person from the US use an unverified account will make matters worse for them and the user is also taking part of the risk. What if Bitfinex locks for account and claims all your funds?

Its better to look for another exchange, ProtonBank. Kraken is a good replacement.

Thanks for giving some replacements. I will try out Kraken. I don't trust leaving my funds in Bitfinex anymore with the off chance of them freezing or seizing my money. Unfortunately Bitfinex's lending is hard to come by. Anyone know any trustworthy exchanges that provide lending and support US customers? Thanks.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: August 12, 2017, 05:42:06 AM
Just be patient. It will be $500 before christmas. So many icos using ETH and many companies integrating it also
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to best sell my Bitcoins on: August 11, 2017, 03:40:41 PM
I would choose one of the many exchanges and do your research. Some differences to keep your eye on is different prices between exchanges and how easy it is to withdraw the money. I would also look at transaction fees. Take a look at uphold.com
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I put all my BTC and ETH to XRP (Ripple) on: August 10, 2017, 07:24:13 AM
Just like any coin . Product might be good and all, but if no one adopts it then it will fizzle. I believe in it so I hold a fraction of my portfolio in XRP but not a large portion. Just in case it doesnt catch on with the banks for a long time. Good luck to you mates.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am now a multi millionaire because of NEM XEM on: August 09, 2017, 01:45:14 AM
Congrats man. This is a good story to learn a lesson from. I'm going to try get in on some alt coin airdrops and hold them for a couple years. Hopefully some of us can get similar luck. Don't blow your fortune away.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: August 08, 2017, 12:48:52 PM
I'm so sad that I found out about airdrops kind of late. I am missing out on a few airdrops because of being a new member and everything. So now I am trying to level up my new account and hopefully some new airdrops I will be able to participate. Really satisfied with byteball so far. Trying out Stellar Lumens, I think it will be really good. Airdrops are fun.
