I am a new NEO investor and, in the past, I invested mostly in Ethereum. When doing a transaction with Ethereum, I can choose the amount of gas for my transaction to have a higher priority to be mined compared to other transactions.

Is it possible to make the same thing on my NEO wallet (NEON or NEO Gui) when I send to an other NEO address?

Maybe dumb question, but is it possible to transfer an not "integer number" (like 30.2 and not 30 or 31) during the sale? I know that I couldn't transfer non-integer number of NEO token to my NEO wallet.

And like the other said, I'm very worried to not be able to invest more than 1k after the first hour since a few hundreds whales could buy everything. 50k limit is too high in my opinion.

The private presale was back in August. On Oct 1 there will be the sale available for whitelisted accounts only. Public Sale Starts Oct 8 at 1600 UTC only if whitelist sale not sold out.

I'm very interested in the project but I missed the opportunity to be part of the whitelist since I heard about BlockMason only last week. I understand the rule of the presale starting Oct 1. but I don't understand if there is an ICO following the presale? If yes, when will it take place?

I would love the opportunity to participate even being not being whitelisted.

Hallo zusammen,

Entschuldigung für mein Deutsch, es ist nicht meine Muttersprache aber ich wohne in Deutschland und muss meine Steuer hier bezahlen.

Ich weiss dass, wenn ich einen Gewinn von mehr als 600 Euros erziele, muss ich Steuer darauf bezahlen. Aber auf Kraken.com, es ist möglich zu verkaufen mit andere Währung als "physikalische/normale" Währung wie Euros und Dollars. Zum Beispiel, ich habe 10 Eth, ich kaufe für 100 Euros und verkaufe für 400. Ich verkaufe diese Eth für Bitcoins (Eth->Btc), und nicht für Euros. Muss ich diesen Gewinn bei der Steuer angeben?
