why whould you invest in a coin designed in respond to a joke on the internet ?
better go for some real coin like xrp eth and so on

for me the best exchange right now is bittrex
altcoin market right now is not so good , many coin on bearish trend and everyday is red day
i suggest you not doing daytrading right now atleast until the trend has reversed.
best method would be choosing altcoin that has potential and hodl for minimum of 1 month , you'll see you got easier profit these way.

with bitcoin price still surging i think it would be best to invest in bitcoin right now.
with bitcoin price going green altcoin will turn red and that's not good if you're holding altcoin especially short term.
sure they have the same fiat value but the btc value of altcoin is dropping.
when bitcoin price stabilize you can buy altcoin and get a quick profit.

the problem with this is everyone has different opinion about the 'low' and the 'high'
this is what i think is separating noob and experienced trader.
while noob too early to buy and too late to sell , with more experience in trading , this entry/exit point deficit will be minimized thus making profit

i also found that technical analysis is less applicable in cryptotrading. i follow 1 simple strategy with moving average and thats bringing me steady profit every trade.

i don't think you can send bitcoin without any fee. you can minimize the fee but not nullify it.
the fee is needed for miner to confirm your btc transaction.
even lowering the fee could really harm your transfering speed.

anyway if you dont like transaction fee maybe you could create your own wallet free of transaction fee , i'm sure everyone here will use it
