1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People with most bitcoins should be in their 20's by now on: December 29, 2018, 06:14:33 PM
May be late 20's, 30's and 40's. Like most people say here an ordinary teenager can't afford buying bitcoins even when the price is down. The older people, mostly, have difficulties in understanding how the system functions.

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we still "Early Adopters"? on: December 27, 2018, 05:40:16 PM
I don’t think so. Bitcoin is 10 years old, i guess it has passed its first stage and now gone to, let's call it, the second one. So we are in the middle.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin not used in medical billing? on: December 27, 2018, 05:25:42 PM
Such a strange question as the medical sector is not the only one that does not accept bitcoin. It is quite risky for the present time.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Christmas gifts this year, all my money in Bitcoin on: December 27, 2018, 05:21:44 PM
Perhaps I would support you but my family would not be happy to get bitcoins for their Christmas gifts.)
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: Let's prepare for the worst on: December 22, 2018, 05:22:06 PM
Believe in better ending but be ready for the worst. I hear some negative prognosis, but still think bitcoin will make it to the future.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Open your eyes! on: December 22, 2018, 05:18:21 PM
Don't see any problems if banks and financial institutions would become holders of bitcoin. Perhaps it will somehow influence the price of bitcoin and there won't be dramatic drops in it.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin a "private" currency? on: December 22, 2018, 05:12:53 PM
I don’t think bitcoin is public and it is not private either. It's a new and unique currency. It stand alone.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ❗❗ Friendly Reminder: SECURE. YOUR. ASSETS. on: December 21, 2018, 05:24:20 PM
there are those who are careful by nature and those who are carefree. You might tell the later to be careful a million times but all in vain until they get into trouble.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tips to overcome depression. on: December 21, 2018, 05:11:42 PM
What do you mean by depression? If it is a medical diagnosis then these tips won't help. They would be helpful in case of simple frustration.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We have to be aware that bitcoin will not last forever on: December 20, 2018, 05:08:36 PM
Good point as a matter of fact. It is quite possible scenario but what can be done about it? I suppose we better follow the situation, learn more and try to foresee the moment to jump into a new technology
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Describe what is bitcoin for a 7 year old kid in few words on: December 20, 2018, 05:03:46 PM
Good idea and perfect exercise for my brains. Never thought of doing it. Will try to explain it to my kids and see how it turns out.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you promote Bitcoin? on: December 19, 2018, 05:29:30 PM
I do not promote it because does not want to get involved in pointless fights with those who have negative attitude to it.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Using bitcoin without internet on: December 19, 2018, 05:26:14 PM
There are some remote communities where the access to Internet is a huge problem. I've been to such places myself. I think it would be great if someday people can use bitcoins without the Global network.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ⚡⚡⚡ BITCOIN for Long-term investment ⚡⚡⚡ on: December 19, 2018, 05:15:54 PM
Bitcoin is a digital currency and it is a new phenomenon in our world. It has to evolve  (and it takes time) and get regulation rules and many other aspects. Therefor I consider it a long-term investment.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Should I do if my bitcoin has been stolen, and where should i complain ? on: December 18, 2018, 05:26:08 PM
This bitcoin theme scares me most. There are no protective means yet for your bitcoins and no guarantee that you can get your stolen crypto back((
17  Economy / Speculation / Re: Investors are not to panic - game is on? on: December 18, 2018, 05:21:23 PM
May be it is normal to panic when the period of the price fall takes so long. Not to loose all your money one should have plan be and invest money in something else
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who wants to use Bitcoin? on: December 18, 2018, 05:17:52 PM
Everybody wants to have it like a new, much-hyped toy but nobody know what to do with it and is scared of its unstable price.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the largest purchase you've made in Bitcoins? on: December 16, 2018, 06:47:23 PM
Unfortunately, cannot boast of any purchase in bitcoins yet but I really dream to do it some day in the nearest future.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not worry about the future of Bitcoin! It is just beginning on: December 16, 2018, 06:45:14 PM
We are too concerned about the price of bitcoin that forgets the true value of it. We overestimate the price of bitcoin up to 20k $ by the end of 2017, we create bitcoin bubble itself, but it does not have errors. Although the market is in a doldrum, you can see the big investors start entering the market, the giants are beginning to care about bitcoin. So let's be optimistic, I believe in the value of bitcoin, I believe bitcoin will have the same value as gold in the future.

See more optimistic information for bitcoin: https://www.nasdaq.com/article/bitcoin-money-of-the-future-cm895538

I should agree with the statement. We put too much value and belief in Bitcoin and forget that is, let say, a newborn phenomenon and have to evolve yet.
