Are you sure that this address/es are from the same wallet? I mean from your bc.info, or there's an imported address, if yes, I guess it's a kind of bug of this wallet Undecided

yes, not imported address, already verified

So what wallet is the receiving address, is it from your bc.info also? or from another client?
the input address is from my wallet (getting from wallet seed index 0)
1 output is a random address outside my wallet
2 output is a address that my wallet recognize and can control it from bc.info, but can`t see at wallet seed index 0 and that`s what i`m looking for.

I don't get this part, why you can't get the private keys of this address on the mnemonic converter and not on your seed also.

So here, why don't you make a new wallet on blockchain, or on new client like electrum and mycelium (actually they are also HD wallet which the address change when you used them). Once you made a new wallet then send all your btc to one address, total of 1 btc.

I know it will cost you much coz you are going to pay the fees and actually I don't really trust blockchain wallet coz of this too many issues like bugs, login issues or etc.

i can't find it from mnemonic converter, i think i used wrong term, it's probably in wallet seed, but not at wallet seed 0 (actually only have 1 wallet (index 0, with 28 address), the changing address not included in this 28 address and don't know where is it.
actually my funds in btc already in other safe address, but i'm trying to reedem that promo from altcoin (bitcoin cash and others) when u hold btc in a address in a specific date, so i need to privkey from that unique address.

Can you get your xpub key and search it on the Blockchain Explorer to see which address is the one containing the 0.4BTC?

After that, try to do the guide quoted by Martisor-Sobru and see if you can find the address containing the coins in the BIP39 tool convertor.

i think i'm near the solution

hmm i have noticed that all this missing address came from changing address

when i sent from my wallet to other address (2 output, first go to desired address, second (the rest) go to a changing address from my wallet (don't know how to get the private key from it), actually not in seed

yes, i can see the address that contain the btc, but can't find it at bip39 tool convertor
have tried wallet 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 showing the first 1000 rows (actually my wallet only have 1 (0 index) and 28 address

it's stranger.... like main wallet can access it but it sound isn't part of it

Blockchain.info, at this moment, does not give private keys in wif/base58 format ... they give "seeds" (12 words that contain the key)

No problem.
Download the "bip39-master" software.
Stop the internet on your computer. Extract the keys with that software. You save them.

Then, if you're paranoid like me, delete the entire HDD so that no "worm" will transmit your keys when you re-link it to the internet.

Look here:  github.com/OmniLayer/omniwallet/wiki/Exporting-Private-Key-from-Blockchain.info-and-Importing-to-Omniwallet.org   (but you do not have to export to Omniwallet)

hello, thanks for your reply

but i think you don't got the problem ^^
already did it, i can get private key from my wallet... the problem is that this "missing address btc" isn't in the address generated by seeds
but i can spend that using blockchain on the wallet

i did a picture to ilustrate it, but its first time it happens to me)

8  Economy / Web Wallets / blockchain.info wallet address issue on: August 07, 2017, 06:36:28 PM
Hello all

I'm using blockchain.info wallet.

it give me automatic receiving address, when i receive btc in this address this address go to "used address" and i receive i new one to receive btc.
blockchain allow me to check all "used address", but my balance from wallet (that i can spend) not maching with my sum of used address.

i know i have arround 1 btc in my main wallet, blockchain allow me to spend this 1 btc, but used address i only see arround 0,6 btc, where is my other 0.4?
actually i need private key from this address that contain 0.4btc but i can't find the address

Thanks all in advance

EDIT:

i noticed that address i'm having problem are changing address, for exemple:
My address have 1 btc, and i try to send 0.6 btc
0.6 go to target
the rest of 0.4 go back to my wallet but with a new/different address (but this address don`t show at used address)

actually using wallet 0 seed, and have 28 used address + (some changing address that i don`t know where to get priv key from it, but they don`t make part of wallet 0 seed)
