I agree and disagree. I agree for the fact that all people who committed such crime like murder and rape should be perished in this world. I don't believe that they will change. A killer and/or rapist that are pardoned or paroled and released, once the got out they have the tendency to get back on their past life in just one snap. I disagree in some case where in no proper judicial proceedings where handle out by the judge and the verdict is Death penalty even though the evidences are not that clear. It is indeed that the number of the Filipino Bitcoiners are increasing from day to day compare to other nationality. To be honest we can't. Though, if you could only knew who has the motive to that then you could track his IP address but if none then it's better to move on.
