1  Economy / Reputation / Re: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2018 Q1) on: January 30, 2018, 04:21:00 AM
I like to raise a possible alt:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1047959 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1116762 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1121336

Reason:
1. A merit was given by "imstillthebest" even though "pinoyden's" quote is irrelevant.
2. If you are to look at the post history, they do have similarities in terms of how they write or made the sentence and/or the paragraph.

All accounts give merits for Theymos' post same day.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: October 24, 2017, 05:28:47 AM
There's nothing wrong about Gambling. It's just there are people who are giving the bad image in the industry. Especially to those people who are not responsible enough to handle their own problems and they'll engage in Gambling for the idea that Gambling is the answer for their problem.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: October 24, 2017, 04:01:06 AM
Be aware and be cautious would be the smartest way to play. Be aware about your expenses and be sure that you are not exceeding your limits. Be cautious in your emotions, don't let greed control you and learn when to stop and how to stop. Self control is a must if you are to play especially in a land base casinos.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots Strategies? on: October 23, 2017, 01:10:38 PM
There are no strategies for a Slot game. The machine is automated and the game is really based on luck alone. The game itself doesn't need any strategies or you don't even actually need your mind to play this game.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long bitcoin will survive ? on: October 23, 2017, 08:30:51 AM
As long as there is a demand then Bitcoin will still be alive and kicking. Based from what the trend of the Bitcoin says from 2012-present, Bitcoin is really one of a kind. Bitcoin defies the saying from dust to riches, and the future of Bitcoin is bright and I can't wait see what can Bitcoin gives us on the year 2018.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: October 20, 2017, 07:11:47 AM
I wouldn't be shocked if that's happening right now. Terrorists are funded for sure by some other powerful member of the Government, CIA or etc. which normally doesn't want to risk their identity to the public when their plans fails. Due to the advantage of Bitcoin such as decentralization and anonymity of one person, they'll use it also to their advantages so that they can easily transfer money without getting noticed by the Government itself. Terrorist nowadays are also upgrading for sure they are much more tech savvy than any other individuals which is a huge threat to all.
7  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: October 18, 2017, 07:07:22 AM
I agree and disagree. I agree for the fact that all people who committed such crime like murder and rape should be perished in this world. I don't believe that they will change. A killer and/or rapist that are pardoned or paroled and released, once the got out they have the tendency to get back on their past life in just one snap. I disagree in some case where in no proper judicial proceedings where handle out by the judge and the verdict is Death penalty even though the evidences are not that clear. In addition, Racial discrimination is also the problem some judge based their verdict on the color, race, and nationality of a person (suspect).
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the Philippines uproar on: October 18, 2017, 04:17:11 AM
Most of the users from signature campaigns are from Phillipines, and i dont have nothing agains them, but most of them only create accounts and they farm them in order to spam the signature campaigns to earn more money.
And i have seen this so many times, because i am active in the Meta Section on the forum, and all those who are on SMAS are from phillipines.

Yes, basically Speaking. Moderators know The Reality, That There are Filipino's That is So Very Greedy, in earning Bitcoin.
A good Thing About Filipino is That They are Really Striving To Get What They Want Which is Good.
But, Sometimes They Make Unusual Things Just To Get what They Want But Not In A Fair Way.

Talking About SMAS, I have seen it Too. Many Are From Philippines.

But, in Other Story, Bitcoin is Really Uprising into The Philippines. Which i know That is Supported by It's Government.

It is indeed that the number of the Filipino Bitcoiners are increasing from day to day compare to other nationality. Not totally supported by the Government instead it was accepted in a way but they're not promoting it (As I can see). I just recently look at the meta section, and yes mostly are Filipinos. Well, like what @yojo said Filipinos are resourceful and they thrive to get what they think is good for them w/o I guess knowing what consequences they may face.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Being Manipulated on: October 17, 2017, 01:59:45 PM
Bitcoin's rates is base on the Supply and Demand in the market. News, articles, and etc. are just a tool to manipulate the emotional state of the people but Bitcoin can't be manipulated by anyone. The only thing that a person can manipulate is spreading fake news to provide chaos in the market and make people panic.
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bully Problem on: October 17, 2017, 08:15:59 AM
Are they worth it? I mean true friends really? As far as I'm concern true friends are the one who you can rely with and will not hurt you physically and emotionally. What you can do? Leave them and find another friends. Don't be afraid that no one will accept you, It's much better than to stay with a group of people in which they don't really think about you at all or they just wanted you to be part of them for personal interest only. If you don't want to leave then it's your loss actually not them but make sure that if they do that again better step up and fight back.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: October 16, 2017, 06:32:51 AM
For me both. Since we only live once right? and I want to make sure that I'm mentally and financially prepared when my time has come. Bitcoin could really help a lot of people especially us who are not that bless enough with all the leisure in life to actually have an another source of income to provide and save for my future. Also, I would also like to feel that somehow I could do buy something for myself, that somehow my parents can provide for me.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can one trace a stollen btc? on: October 13, 2017, 08:50:07 AM
hello all,how are u all,
a friend was scammed of a huge amount of btc,and i want to know if one can retract a btc already in another wallet, thank u

To be honest we can't. Though, if you could only knew who has the motive to that then you could track his IP address but if none then it's better to move on. This is one of the advantages and disadvantages of this world. Since it's being decentralized some take advantage in it to transact without the government noticing it and to do illegal stuffs. But for your friend his/her money is long gone. Millions are transacting every day and your chances if recovering the loss BTC is unimaginable.
