Making it short and simple Simdaq consists of 3 modules:

1. Trading simulator based on historical data. Allows to obtain basic skills of analysis and under- standing of the market. It is a starting point for checking hypotheses about trading decisions.

2. Decentralized Simdaq Marketplace. A platform for sharing knowledge and experience within the commu- nity. Community members create content and provide services, such as: trading signals, training, trading with a mentor, social trading, trades streaming. In addition, Simdaq Marketplace hosts decentralized tournaments.

3. Visual environment for creating trading robots. Allows to precisely formalize the algorithm of making trading decisions and to test it on a large amount of historical data.

The token will be presented on several exchanges and we have a solid plan on how to make prices on exchanges grow up to the mentioned 2.5 USD per token. It is described in details in our white paper, but in general we'll drive it with the price for Simdaq services. SMQ token is an exclusive payment method within Simdaq platform. And the pricing is made accordingly, i.e. for 10 USD monthly subscription we'll be charging 4 SMQ.

We'll actively promote exchanges among new users and demand on exchanges will grow with our marketing efforts. And at some point forecasting the demand Simdaq will be purchasing tokens from exchanges to act as a gateway for new users. With the growth of platform and amount of content contributed by the community token price growth should be continued and not limited.

Hi, Waves tokens will appear immediately on DEX and in couple of days on TIDEX after the ICO finished. Ethereum tokens will appear on Liqui and Livecoin in 20 days after the ICO is finished. We are also negotiating with Bitfinex and Bittrex now.

Он же является основой для визуализации работы торгового робота и поддерживает большое количество стандартных средств анализа и индикаторов.  Strategy builder для роботов в процессе разработки, мы чуть подробнее продемонстрируем его на видео, которое скоро выйдет, но в целом базовый подход модульный. Пользователь выбирает какие правила хочет задать: правило входа в позицию, ее поддержке, stop loss, take profit и тд. Синтаксис и подход к языку подобен MQL, используемому в программном пакете Metatrader.

We do have some parts of this information in whitepaper, but we'll try to make it more clear. In general, 20% of tokens and 20% of funds raised are allocated for active market making on exchanges as SMQ is an exclusive payment method for Simdaq and it is important to maintain liquidity. 30% of funds will be spend to speed up product development and 50% will be spend for marketing and new customers acquisition.

We already have agreements with DEX, Tidex, Livecoin and we are on final stage of negotiations with Liqui and YoBit. We aim to add Bittrex and HitBTC.

We don't provide any equity or rights for our tokens. So it is purely internal currency of the project. We are specialists in crowdfunding and we are dealing with it as crowdfunding (having consulted previously with lots of legal guys) - selling internal currency, that will allow you to use service and decentralized market place mechanics. Thanks for your question. The quality of historical data is the key for effective trading strategy. To provide high quality standards, Simdaq collects historical data from several vendors that pass multi-level checks and are carefully compared. Conflicts are resolved in semi-manual mode. We are developing our own parsers and dumpers to collect level 2 data. It is a big part of the project and we pay lots of attention to it.
