KARM = dedicated dev team, only coin with embedded for profit LLC
BTC = first mover status, most useable features for widespread adoption

You should ask the VeriCoin team for help with VeriBit integration into Mintcoin. They are a good bunch and really are looking to collaborate and work together with other coin developers and help the community, the community being cryptocurrencies in general and not any one coin. pnosker is the main guy.  |
