Kucoin has just tweeted that they are going to improve their exchange, this is such a great news for all $ONION traders as well as for me because Kucoin and Binance are my primary exchange for trading  Kucoin I think is already one of the best exchanges. Great news its getting even better. Cryptopia best exchanger also For me Kucoin is better as there is less problems with withdrawals but Cryptopia is also very good exchange. Cryptopia is not bad, but sometimes their deposit times turn from seconds to hours of waiting. Ugh, Please don't say that. My withdrawals have been stuck in Crytopia for like 4 weeks straight. No response from tickets etc. I stopped using them after that Incident, not sure if they have fixed those issues. But it was a lesson learnt for me and I'm happy with Kucoin for now. It is easy to lose a customer that way. It may be a one time glitch that will never repeat again but you have lost your confidence in them and you and some people that have read about your experience will think twice before using them again. Especially when there is a better option available. If you like KuCoin I think you will enjoy RightBTC: it has the same volume than Kucoin and Cryptopia combined! Volume is not everything but of course it does not hurt if there is more of it. Larger exchanges attract more investors. |

Another exchange added, i know a lot dont like us going to many small exchanges but i think its a good move, every exchange has to start somewhere and its good that we are on them, when they grow so will our volume. I agree, some will be good, some will go out of business but those that stay will be very important for DeepOnion. |

It is very easy to use and there is rarely any issues with it. I agree, it has the potential to be in the top 5 easily and I never had any deposit or withdrawal issues with KuCoin. It has great potential but also a long way from top 5 or even top 10. Maybe one day, who knows, all the big exchanges had to start somewhere. As long as they keep up the great work it could just happen Higher it goes, better for DeepOnion. |

Very nice numbers today from DeepOnion.... 20% up... lets keep it going strong and dont stop With so much planned and so many announcements expected... I hope we'll see 200%. And then 500% on top of that. In time we will get there, there is no way that all the hard work won't be worth it in the end. |

DeepOnions are turning one year this months, and that means that the DeepOnion will have its first block rewards halving.
PoW Block reward will drop from 8 ONION to 4 ONION per block and PoS Block reward will drop to yearly from 10 % to 5 %
This will happened around 10 days from now, the 12 of July 2018. This means that the new supply of onions will be halved.
12 months later 12 july 2019 next halving will occur. And in 2 year from now another halving will happened.
starting from around the 12 july 2020 PoW reward will be just 1 ONION per block and PoS reward will be just 1 % per year.
Deeper already said this on the forum. Less supply, more value. interesting. cant wait to see the effect on the prices. All the Bitcoins halving, has turned to a price increase of Bitcoins, its going to be interesting to see what will happened to DeepOnion after the halving. It may not have an instant effect but in time it theoretically should lead to price increase because of smaller supply. |
