Well it depends on how you want to invest, one token that's in high demand and has lots of potential is XP, highest voted to be put on Binance soon. Also I think THC will explode by the end of the year/next year, also do NOT underdog DOGE...

"Paragon takes advantage of the digital and verifiable nature of blockchain to solve the fragmentation of the cannabis market and the marginalization of businesses and consumers. Blockchain smart contracts are ideal for recording and facilitating the exchange of value, goods, services, and private data. Putting cannabis data and transactions on blockchain smart contracts will also increase the speed of service and save companies hundreds of thousands in reduced paperwork."=WhitePaper

"Paragon is a distributed ledger for the marijuana industry and supply chain. Paragon’s blockchain-backed network will enable secure and transparent record-keeping for doctor registries, medical cards, and prescriptions. The protocol can also be used to log data pertaining to cannabis products, including time of harvest, origin, organic status, CBD/THC content, and sustainability. CEO, Jessica VerSteeg, former Miss Iowa US, and a star of the reality TV show, The Amazing Race. Rapper The Game sits on Paragon’s advisory board."__OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA (PRWEB) AUGUST 18, 2017

The spaces should fill up quickly, it seems on the US west coast cannabis start-ups are begging for space.

well XP was the best back in the day, I think everyone will agree with me. Then 7 was really good compare to Vista (in which I was one of the few that had no probs with it), but now I find myself very happy with Win 10 64-bit. Best Win in my opinion, great speed and dosent use much RAM.

The Paragon team seems very busy, This is looking great

I believe one of the areas of interest the paragon spaces will be working toward is legalization. Once the right parts are in place the community can start working towards mutual goals that can benefit everyone. As far as a difference from the other coins, Paragon is not going to be used for cannabis but rather resources that surround the industry.

Some of the things I am most excited about with the Paragon spaces It offers vital physical office space so like-minded people can work and brainstorm. It builds a rock-solid foundation for supporting the value of the currency, making it very attractive to hold and use for the long-term. It solves a real and substantial office space problem in the quickly growing legal cannabis industry.

I doesn't understand much more about this project. Can anyone tell me so I can buy weed or hire somebody plant it for me? right? then I can sell to the market. But if we have accident? what will happen?
![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) I'm not sure if your joking or serious? Anyway, by the sound of things, you haven't read the white paper yet. I'll debrief you then, but let's keep it short and sweet. Paragon is building a platform which will house all things Cannabis related on top of the blockchain, from the medical industry, farmers, and of course, last but not least, the buyers, and sellers. Paragon will turn all things marijuana related, into the internet of things, connecting medical services, growers, who farm the Cannabis, Dispensaries, who sell the Cannabis, and advocacy groups, to discuss laws and regulations from within each state where upon Marijuana has been decriminalized. This entire ecosystem will be transparent to a degree and stored upon the block chain. The Paragon coin (ERC20 Token) helps fund the community and is an asset on which the startup foundation will rest upon. Paragon plans to build physical locations, one by one, in each Green (Cannabis friendly) state within the U.S. haha, that was a pretty impressive short and sweet rundown.

that may be true about the banners but, what Paragon plans on offering is sorely needed in this industry. I hope it does very well

How is everyone feeling about this coin so far? Looks pretty cool at first glance

No doubt the brick and mortar location will bring a lot to this project. Not to mention that the spaces look like they'll be wonderful, I'm ready

Is there a difference in what type of CPU you use? like faster/slower CPUs with more or less pwr usage? does that make a difference in how fast you can mine?
CPU mining sadly died a long time ago.. but to answer your question, yea there is gonna be a difference if you use a newer (therefore faster) CPU with a lower power usage than an older (slower) CPU that also uses more power. If you want to mine, I would start with a cheap ASIC USB stick... I have 5 Antminer U2+ sticks, which are cheap ASIC USB sticks and together they do roughly 9 Gh/s... If you don't want to spend anything right away, I still suggest using a GPU rather than the CPU. thanks for the info, but what about the GPU? same as the CPU? (like newer better ect..) idk about ASIC yet ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) the pwr usage is high. was wanting to use a low pwr CPU for starters, what do you recommend? Well if you have to buy a CPU, you mind as well get a ASIC stick really.. I mean just took a quick look on amazon and found a decent one (Rev 2 GekkoScience 2-Pac Compac USB Stick Bitcoin Miner 15gh/s+) for 90$ ( 32-.35 watts per gh)as for the GPU.. A Radeon RX 470 has a modest hash rate of 24.0MH/s. Its power cost per day is exactly the same as the Radeon RX 480 at $0.4320. Its cost per MH/s is $9.13, giving it a return per day of $1.15 and a return per year of $418.16. Radeon RX 470 will cost you $219. As you can see the GPU would use way more power than the ASIC sticks... and the ASIC generates more /sec. If you gotta spend money for a cpu you mind as well buy ASIC sticks. Ok wow lots of "tech" info looks like I need to do more reserch haha, but from what I understood, yea it does seem like starting with a ASIC usb stick would be best in my situation (dont have to buy a new rig for that right) could I just plug it up in my old laptop?
