OK, I'm not the only one who never received your promised BCH & BTG. I deposited 0.52 BTC and it took 3 weeks to get my money back!!!
Are you just going to 'keep' those forked coins? Is that how you are making money? Off of forks???

Thank you hashers_co_uk for pointing out this thread has been neglected and should be revived to address community concerns.
I'll concede support is slow and leaves much to be desired. As you can imagine, many people are requesting free coins, even post-fork and the amounts of e-mail / requests is simply overwhelming. This only costs us money and there is not enough money for support staff available and the forks keep coming. That however doesn't mean we've any bad intentions, it just means support is slow. We've been giving away coins since 2014 and are not leaving any time soon. For every withdrawal complaint you might read, there is a corresponding TXID on the blockchain.
At the moment we're catching up with support , but we won't be fully caught up until somewhere in December.
It is not my intention to turn this into a support thread or entertain trolls, so i wont go into individual cases in public (however i will answer individual cases through PM) and I will address other issues / concerns you might have.

You've got to fix these issues, man. It took 3 weeks to finally receive my 0.52 BTC (Thanks to Hashers). How long is it going to take to receive the promised BCH and BTG? |

It is purely a scam .They will deposit small amount of satoshis every day to gain your confidence and make your invest more.You see your money growing daily and when you try to withdraw your btc,you will never be successful.They will ignore you

Correctamundo, Sir! 0.52 BTC held hostage from me. They'll "give" you 5 "free" satoshis per day. Mind you, the withdrawal fee is 25,000 satoshis. A very clever scheme indeed. A honeypot, no doubt. It'll take you 5,000 days or 13.6 years to break even. Good luck with that. Gotta give it to the founder and con man behind ConPro: wouter (steven) van der schnag. Please do NOT deposit your BTC with them, guys. Faucets are way more profitable and honest. |

Any updates?
I just checked. ConPro still has my BTC and its owner wouter van der schnag refuses to respond to my emails. He is the only one that manually handles the withdrawal of money and I'd bet ConPro is a one con man operation. Please beware, although many people have gotten their money back unfortunately, a lot haven't yet. The whole place is just a huge mess, guys. No support, horrible customer service, LOTS of promises of free BCH, BTG and Alt coins, but the execution is the worst I've ever seen. Not even the government is this inept. Please Note the withdrawal fee is 25,000 satoshis. So, let's see, if your ConPro's account shows an increase of 5 free satoshis per day it'd take you about 5,000 days or 13.6 years just to break even. By then ConPro will be long gone my friends. Guys, follow our advise: Do NOT send your BTC to that shitty company... you may never see your BTC again. If you recently made a withdrawal and got your money you sure are one lucky guy. Don't send them your hard earned BTC! Don't enable wouter van der schnag's confidence game. You've been warned!!! Peace. |

I'm looking at a loss of 0.52 BTC right now.
I initiated a withdrawal last Tuesday and nothing has posted to my account as of yet. I've got proof if needed be. I've sent several emails and opened a support ticket to no avail. Forget about getting Bitcoin Gold or BCH. The founder Wouter van der Schagt is pretty active in Tweeter, but ignores all my messages.
I know there are a bunch of people in this predicament.
The question is what can we do at this point?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Really hoping QoinPro isn't a scam...
I received an email from QoinPro stating that there was one day left to transfer BTC into the wallet and receive a stake of BCH and BTG, and I had just happened to be on the lookout at the same time for an investment opportunity that seemed legitimate. I hadn't had any indication that QoinPro may not be legit, so I decided to deposit my BTC into the wallet there (0.03283765 BTC deposit)..
I emailed them several times asking about the fork claims, no response. So, I decided to withdraw my funds. I should mention that I did do one withdrawal immediately after the deposit transferred, but only for 25k s฿. It went through without an issue.
The site says that during the beta period, outgoing trxns are processed manually to "ensure everything is working" (?) so I should allow 24 hours. I'm used to dealing with this annoyance from Coinpot so nbd, but their news feed claims they left beta back in Juny or July (I don't remember which).
I've sent three emails and a Facebook message, none of which have received a response, and I've been waiting well over 24 hours for the release of my BTC... This is not a small amount of money to me, and after some more research I'm starting to wonder about their legitimacy..

I am ready to bet that everyone sending BTC in here to have the fork double will lose all.
And you are right, Sir! I was lured by the promises of free coins and post-fork free BCH, BTC Gold and Segwit2x that I went ahead and deposited my BTCs... Big Mistake! I made a withdrawal a few days ago and nothing so far. At this point, I know I've been scammed. Guys-- Do NOT deposit your hard earned BTCs into this freaking honeypot. Do not make the same mistake I made. I should have known better. I'm so freaking pissed with myself. A very expensive lesson learned. |
