I got ip address banned at bustabit and bustadice.
This is unhappyness.
Help me for regards.
My guess is that you abused or violated the terms of service of either of the platforms, and therefore they ended up permanently banning you from accessing them. I don't think they just decided to ban you for no valid reason. You have no one else to blame except you.
I don't think the permanent ban will be lifted, as I have seen in certain cases before. To avoid in other complications, please just move on to another platform and stop abusing them.

i sent a mail to bustabit support team, then they are helpful for me.
follow is a mail contents i recieved.
