1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: DIY FPGA Mining rig for any algorithm with fast ROI on: July 10, 2018, 04:03:43 PM
I thought LUX is ASIC/FPGA resistant after they forked to Phi2?
No algo is fpga resistant  Tongue

ETH will be possible on xilinx FPGAs ? is it possible ? i dont think it be as fast as good gpus because it need fast memory, but i don't know, perhaps it can be done...

some nice videos posted by whithefire:

another one about watercooled card soon.

can't wait for august...

Re: FPGAs hosted @ Mineority.io

FPGAs hosted by Mineority will have access to encrypted bitstreams from their team and any open bitstreams, such as these. You will configure this with the web UI.

Mine on!

thank you !

Digital Cruncher has released Keccak, and Tribus (1.95GH/s):
https://github.com/digitalcruncher/keccak-tribus

So now there are 3 algorithms available.  I am working on 2 more for August (which ones are currently secret), and in August, Senseless releases Lyra2z, GPU Hoarder releases CN7 and Digital Cruncher has I think two more as well.  So by August there should be about 9 algorithms available.

thank you very much for your job guys!

these 9 algos will be available on the mineority hosting platform in august when the FPGAs will arrive ?
we will able to switch on different algos like simplemining platform for example ?

thanks.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ALLMINE INC - FPGA Cryptominer on: June 22, 2018, 09:20:21 AM
order done on mineority.io with 1year hosting for the moment...

just one question, is it possible to extend for 1year before the end of the first year, paying extra fees of course ?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ALLMINE INC - FPGA Cryptominer on: June 21, 2018, 01:00:22 PM
thanks, about hosting, interesting because no shipping fees, no electricity and no vat tax to pay for the moment.

but does it mean mineority inject its own bitstreams and mine the better coin to have the better ROI as possible ?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ALLMINE INC - FPGA Cryptominer on: June 21, 2018, 12:46:33 PM
about mineority.io sales, i saw on fpga discord that this batch was sold out...

is it true that there are some cards available?
if yes , is it the same august batch Huh

thanks

videos are always here but they said they will disappear soon...

next steps:
 - no tracking number
 - nothing in the mailboxes
 - people crying because they loose their money

you were warned...
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Dwarf FPGA – the anti-ASIC on: June 17, 2018, 07:39:07 PM
and why delete the videos on YouTube Huh
are you afraid of something ? if you assume your videos, why delete them ?
crazy....

personnaly , i will order ONLY when we will get some proof and review of this product by members.
i let stupid people who took the risk to give money to scammers, and if its not a scam, i will order....
all over questions about this product are useless because they can give you answers to any questions you asked, it's easy when you know the mining market...

but for the moment, 95% sure it's a scam...
noboby here in the biggest forum in the world, to confirm this product really exists, don't you think it's strange Huh
they already sell tons of cards and nobody to talk about it and share about this "amazing" product Huh

how much people on this forum put an order on it ? how much pieces ?
just to know how much money they took for the moment Huh

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: blockchain drivers problems on vega56 strix on: March 14, 2018, 10:41:41 PM
i tried msi and same problem. vega cards are a little bit tricky to work...
i have some rx570/580 rigs and i use msi but you can't here.

I think we cant flash vega strix 56 for the moment because memory is hynix and vega 64 strix are only with samsung memory.

if somebody succeed tonflash them,  send me the link !
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: blockchain drivers problems on vega56 strix on: March 14, 2018, 10:38:04 PM
I have strix 56, using block chain plus overdrive. I don’t remember my settings as I am away. Meanwhile what are your clock speeds at various levels? I think I have 1250 odd at 7, mem at 925/950.

it works fine and i put 852/800 cpu and 925/900 mem on level 7   , and 1200w for 7 cards and 275mhs
but only under standard drivers.

when i try the same settings with blockchain drivers i am above 1800w !! don't understand why.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / blockchain drivers problems on vega56 strix on: March 14, 2018, 12:45:11 AM
hi !

im using vega 56 strix with standard adrenalin drivers mining ETH at 40mhs and 175w on the wall per card gpu core at 852mhz and memory at 925mhz.
i use overdriveNtool to set clocks and lower the power consumption.

standard adrenalin drivers are ok for ETH but not for cryptonight with castXMR mining, only at 1200h instead of 1800-1900.

but the problem is, when i try to remove drivers (with DDU) and install the blockchain drivers, setting the same clocks with overdriveNtool or wattman, i can't reach 175w per card, it looks like overdriventool cannot set the clocks properly and cards are running at 250w or more !

castXMR is working nice with 1850 per card but same thing, power is huge ! and clock/voltage settings are the same as before...

is there anybody who can tell me where is the problem with these asus vega56 strix and blockchain drivers Huh

i have a little problem with my asus z270-a prime with simplemining.

everything is fine but when i try to reboot my rig, simplemining doesn't reboot properly and i have to switch power off and reboot again each time... really boring

bios is setup on "gen2" on everything pcie and above4g on. i tried "Auto" but lot more problems to recognize my 8 gpus...
any idea ?

Check Your PSU, Most probably you are short of power. suffer the same before and i just add 1 more PSU and it works fine now.

=====

I forgot that my trial will end soon Sad i just send 1 ETC i hope it added very very soon..

I only have Fee service remaining days: 0.06

not possible, i have 2 x 1000w gold used at 60% each so i don't think so...
each time its a soft reboot ==> rig down and each time i make a hard reboot ==> rig on...

i will check error message at startup and tell you.

hi guys
i have a z270-a prime with 3 cards on it for the moment (rx570 nitro+ 8gb) , its working under win10 and it not working under simplemining...

i downloaded the dag fix version and i can't make claymore working....

I does work. I got such mainboard and 6xrx570 nitro+ 8gb...

strange, my 2 rigs with z270-a prime works nice under win10, and nothing with simplemining fresh install, with dag fix image.
some errors when i boot on the sandisk usb and simpleming never reach configuration....
any solution ?

I have the -p version of that motherboard with 8 rx580's, works great. You have to set the bios up just as in this post or it won't work.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1917749.0

just didnt put the latest bios...
set up above 4g on , gen2 on all pcie etc
i will try to put the last bios

on z270 u have to leave PCI to Auto as Tytanic said
also you will have to enable 4G but when do it that u must enable internal graphics of mobo , change it to IGP !
try these settings and later probably upgrade to latest bios

i didn't change anything in the z270-a, i leave all the pcie slots into "Gen2" , "Above 4G" ON, etc , but i tried another usb key and the new improved simplemining image and it works now !
thanks for your help.

ok perfect !
i will try this tomorrow !
all my pcie are under gen2 on my z270-a under win10 and it works pretty nice but i prefer use simplemining.

usually, when its working under win10, i have no problem with simplemining but not on this mobo...

thx
