We decided to delay the implementation of dev's fees to 70001 block.
I shall explain the reasons.
When we were preparing the project we never expected this speed of sales and this successful pre-sale.
We expected that the pre-sale income remaining after payment of all listings and etc would be enough for one month of development.
However, our pre-sale was of resounding success and speed, the first two sales days were also successful - we are gaining volume and value gradually.
After consideration of pros and cons we have made a decision that we are fully capable of providing such a bonus for early investors and that we can delay application of dev's fees.
All relevant amendments will be introduced for all the resources shortly
