1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Dual mining Pascal, latency creeps up on: October 25, 2017, 11:05:27 AM
Afternoon,

I've been dual mining with Claymore for some time now, I have always opted for Siacoin + Eth but I decided to give Pascal + Eth a go and have bumped into a very strange issue.

When I launch Claymore I'm getting approx 60-80ms which is acceptable but as time goes on the ping rate slow climbs, after an hour it could be 100-200ms and after 4 hours it could be 400-800ms.  I have no idea what could be causing this.  As time goes on my rejected shares in Eth increase up to about 15-20%

I can dual mine Eth+Siacoin for days and the ping never goes above 80ms.

Has any experienced this issue themselves?  Any tips on correcting the issue?

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / EthDCRMiner64 stopped responding on: August 12, 2017, 09:06:26 AM
Morning all,

Bitcoin Client Software and Version Number: Claymore 9.8

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit

System Hardware Specs: Very old AN8-SLI Motherboard, Athlon 3500 64bit CPU (2.2ghz), 2 Gig RAM, and one RX570 4gig (I do have two but trying one to start)

Description of Problem: Trying to get started with mining, but have ran into issues when running Claymore or Nice Hash, the program crashes with "EthDCRMiner64.exe stopped responding.  I noticed the GPU memory is showing as 3072 MB which is incorrect.

I do have a new Motherboard, CPU and memory to be delivered on Monday but was trying to get a start on this to see if I did encounter any issues.  I've tried various AMD driver and windows updates but cannot crack it.

Any help would be appreciated, however I am hoping when my new parts arrive It will get around this isssue, though I'm curious why the GPU memory shows wrong.

Thanks in advance.
