AFAIK there's no need to create an account on payeer, it works like bitpay and other crypto payment gateway. The user only need to pay to the address/QR shown on the payment page.
Thanks for clarifying, I've never used that service - and I have to admit I can't remember anyone mentioning it in the context of BitPay or similar services. Maybe the reason is that this service is not available in the US, and I have to admit that it is a little strange to me considering how big the US market is in terms of cryptocurrencies.
About social media, since we started a new website, we didn't create yet our social pages. About our experience you can see on reviews page that we are level 2 seller on Fiverr.
It may not play a big role for someone, but I usually have a habit of noticing small details - and a service that presents itself as professional with as much as 10+ years of experience should really pay attention to detail. Say that you have been in a business for 5 years, and then claim on the other page that you have 10+ years of experience is not very professional. Your support is much appreciated, our developer made a mistake that is now solved. I think also that to understand the quality of a service you should try it before have your opinion because these small mistakes can happen to everyone. I personally don’t like the idea that a user must first create an account on Payeer in order to pay for the service, it’s just one additional hurdle, at least in my opinion.

Worst, payeer blocks US ip address I'm using and telling me Sorry, due to AML policy, we do not provide any services for US citizen at this moment.
