I wouldnt make a digital wallet, you can be never sure that your computer is clean. I made a PaperWallet at www.bitcoin-address.org and printed the paper wallet. This is the best method to secure bitcoins.

I can tell you with my own experience, dont save your keys at a server from for example mtgox.com or bitcoin.de. I had 3 BTC on it and they were stolen. Now i made a PaperWallet and have 50 BTC and dont have any problems. I made it at www.bitcoin-address.org and put it in my safe.

I have now 50 Bitcoins and I made it this way. Registered at MtGox.com and verified my account. That needed 2 weeks and i had to upload my id. After that I made a bank transfer to Mtgox.com, you get all informations to which bank account at their site. Than I bought some Bitcoins and made a new Bitcoin Address at www.bitcoin-address.org. After that I sent my bitcoins to this address and printed it as a paperwallet, this function is at bitcoin-address.org too. Then I put my paper in my safe and now I am waiting for high prices, then I want to sell. Thats it. Good luck!  Smiley

The best method to save your bitcoins is a paper wallet, here can nobody steal you digital, only physicall and i think this happens less. I used the Bitcoin address generator at www.bitcoin-address.org. I think its the best because its the official bitcoin generator. How can I get my bitcoins now back digital, if i have them on paper? How can I import them?

Go to MtGox.com and buy some bitcoins or learn how to mine them, but dont ask the people here in this forum for bitcoins, thats the same like you ask on the street for money, i am sure you dont do that.
