I have withdrawn $650 worth of ethereum from HITBTC and tried sending to POLONEIX . But the transaction was showing error(OUT OF GAS). This is really weird. What is happening.

Dear HitBTC, I can see, that issue with ETH withdrawal [Out of gas] does happen on your exchange from time to time.
Could you kindly elaborate how to avoid it? In addition to that, maybe you could help me to get my EHTs back (ticket ID 19620)
