One thing that kind of drives me crazy is I don't remember exactly when or how I discovered bitcoin. I know that it was either late 2013 or early 2014, but I can't specifically remember when or how. I have a few email records from late 2014 which prove that I knew of bitcoin from back then, but they do not provide any clues as to how I discovered it.
So how about you, when and how did you discover bitcoin? What were your initial thoughts? Did you think negatively of it at first discovery and change your mind, or did you always think it was a great idea?

Bitcoin is not backed by any physical asset like Gold nor by any fiat currency. It makes me wonder if I should invest/trade in Bitcoin or not?
Yea bitcoin doesnt have any phsyical value, so.. bitcoin just a digital cryptocurrencirs and the price depends on demand.. Actually itd same with gold. The price depends on demand and supply. I thimk if you doubt about bitcoin, you should check about the history and how bitcoin work, before you invest and buy bitcoin you should remove your doubt about bitcoin |

Information online is very helpful if one wants to learn, in fact, we can educate ourselves without a problem as long as we are resourceful enough to search for the necessary information to help us improve our knowledge. Explaining to a newbie should be easy, just go with the basic and let them do the rest, the more they dig deeper, the more information they'll know and that would help them more intelligent when it comes to investing.
I agree. The internet has enormous information about bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. Also, many known personalities, brands and companies have been into cryptocurrency during these times that is why there has been more input regarding it. It’s just important to note that such information should still be filtered based on the legitimacy of the sources. They are lucky they have someone to guide them, if I would tech someone, I will let them explore and tell them just ask me if you have some doubts so I could refer you to the site where you can learn on a specific matter. it's not good to spoon feed them the information as they will be too reliant to you, and worst if if they blame you if they failed. Yes you are a good teacher, beside you teach and explain all thing about bitcoin, i think guide are better than teach. They should explore by themselves, because internet give a huge information about anything, and exploring in internet are fun |

wow that is really cool, that you can buy some goods directly with your bitcoin, honestly, i never buy anything with my bitcoin / other cryptocurrencies directly, usually i swap it into my local currency and transfer it into my bank account, after that i buy the goods with that money

yes you are right, if the hardware wallet broken, you will lose all of your bitcoin, so there are many people that use hardware wallet for investing in a very very long time, so they dont use it everyday, and every time,
if you want to use it everytime i think the software wallet is a better choice than hardware wallet

i think for the first time, the seller can accept bitcoin, and verify it manually, and it there are many transaction that use bitcoin, the seller can upgrade the payment proccessor,
why i told you like that? because payment processor will ask you about the fee in every transaction, and the seller can receive same as the buyer pay it because of that fee

yea i agree with you, traditional money or conventional money have a defaluation every year, its mean that the value of the money are decreasing every year, for example 10 years ago in my country, 0.4$ can buy the 1litre of gas, but right now 0.4$ can buy 0.5 litre of gas, its a defalutaion

hardware wallet is more secure than exchanger, because exchanger save all your asset, by online, there are possibility that hacked by hacker, but if you use hardware wallet you save all of your asset on hardware wallet, and it will never hacked by hacker, but the consequence you should save it on a safest place

hi? bitcoin that will lost by accident (lost private key, send to wrong address) can't be refunded, and the bitcoin will stay in that address forever, its mean that the wallet will be locked, until people input the right private key to access it, so if you say that lost bitcoin are the donation for the bitcoin holders, i think it is the wrong statement

you are right, the 90% bitcoin already mined, so there are only 10% bitcoinin the world that can be mined, you need to know that the diff increasing. so 10% will be fully mined in a very long time, and if its already mined 100%, i think the price of bitcoin will increase, because the demand will be higher than the supply. am i right?
