But if you asking the question in general then there is only one way to know real or fakes of website by reading it on the forum, searching in the service discussion section about it. You can also check for the announcement section as sometimes there will be info regarding it if it was published on the forum earlier. Some ICO's are developing exchangers too so they might just be here.

i am already holding, some bitcoins,ETH,DGB. just now i want to invest 5000usd on some alt coins which will follow 10X or 100X method in next 1year to 3yrs . Please suggest me the list of coins which will be in good to invest.

3. search the founders on social media

For those who don't understand the question i think he just wanted to know if what are the features or ways to know if the exchange site is legit or scam or if its fake or real.. because there are exchange site are scam they are let customer to deposit even the site is just a scam site..
For me better to go in exchange site which is already tested by many people than using a exchange even there are not well known you will be just scam if you invest for nothing..

What do you mean for real or fake company? Bitcoin core its the only real one
If you mean exchangers, then there isnt real company because any company can go out in any moment with your bitcoins

I have sent BTC yesterday but one day passed it is not confirmed, I have raised mining fee, this sucks.

kalau menurut saya mendingan kerjain bitcoin gan, karna kalau kantoran di targetin dan di atur atur oleh bos, sebener nya pekerjaan nya sama saja gan di komputer juga, bahkan kalau bitcoin bisa kita kerjain di handphone lebih praktis pula,
kalau di bitcoin enak gan yang ngatur waktu kita sendiri dan enggak di atur atur oleh bos
dan di bitcoin hasilnya kecil atau besar kita sendiri yang merasakan, bahkan hasil nya bisa lebih besar dari orang orang yang kerja di kantor kalau kita giat dan rajin di bitcoin  ...

Kalo saya mah mending dua-dua nya aja sekalian kan cari bitcoin bisa sambilan juga apalagi di kantor kan biasanya ada fasilitas WiFi gratis,,hehehe
