1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Chronologic – a really special ICO on: June 10, 2018, 12:14:46 AM
Well, 8 months later, unfortunately the most boring scenario 3 came true Smiley For a long time I was really disappointed with the bad communication level of CL a few months. It changed when they started the weekly webinar, which made it feel good that something is going on.

At the moment I am a bit ambivalent. I do not like that a timemint (that you got as ICO participant)  in the EAC / Chronos project has no role or value. It make the capability that you can sell a TM useless, because no one is trying to reach the 8888 day to trade a TM, and that does not make DAY as attractive as it could be. That is why I stopped buying DAYS Sad .TM trading could benefit the DAY volume, and more volume would make the project better known to a larger base (kind of free advertising).

Also the success of EAC/Chonos depends on many factors like reliability, security, user friendliness and bug-free function of timenodes. I'm not fully convinced yet because I have not had a successful test of a timenode until today. So it will take some time until it can go live to the main net.

But hey, it's still under development and every week we get new things to mind. Crypto-World is so unpredictable, you like it or hate it Smiley

See you another DAY :=)

That's a bit of a pickle, isn't it? On the one hand, it's clear that Next-Level's unwillingness to pass KYC is nothing but an attempt to make more money, as ETH and BTC have by now about quadrupled in price. On the other hand, TokenStars representatives here did claim that they would refund anyone who doesn't want to pass KYC. I guess what they didn't anticipate, however, I take it mostly because of their utter commitment to the project and belief in its future success is how many people would want to get out of the project now if given the opportunity. Because let's face it, most of the participants went in in the hopes of future gains above all else.

TokenStars have been very honest right from the get-go, never ducking or dodging a comment and always responding in a timely fashion, and I would hate to see someone taking advantage of that. Next-Level and the likes should be left to live with their prior decision to commit, and if they don't want to pass KYC it's their own deal, no refunds should follow. After all, they did sign the agreement and it was all there in black and white.

TokenStars should feel no guilt either for not being willing to refund because of that one comment that they made. They could've just said no refunds period, and would've been right to do so. Instead they decided to be too kind for their own good and make sure that those who failed to give the agreement a proper read wouldn't get screwed. And now people try to screw them for that. No way!

Thank you for your support!

What the hack you talking about? This is a blatant accusation without any foundation! If you do a serious review you would see, that I reclaim for a refund long time before there is any "quadrupled prices". That is not about money, that is about principle and justice. Just for your records: My contribution was 28.9.2017 and I was faced with sudden KYC after a month!

If TokenStar really wants me to recapture the hole story, that all the investors who have been faced with the unwanted KYC in hindsight will lose their money? Or should I say, be robbed?

I was clearly promised that a refund would be made if I did not want to fulfill the KYC for security reasons. That's why I waited in peace. And now to read, "get used to it, dude, your money is ours now" between the lines again ...

If this happens, this story will not end here - that is MY promise.

Why did you put your "digital signature" (checked the box near the words I have read and agreed to the terms of the token sale) before even opening and reading it? Whose fault is this?

And now accusing of robbery between the lines?

Upload the documents and receive your ACE tokens.

Why you put in your hypocritical two pennies worth while don't have any clue what you are talking about?
Do you ever read any 30 page terms of whatever if you buy things? Nobody does, because it is an unrealistic imposition!

But it does not even matter, because what is described in 6.3.3 DID NOT HAPPEN anyway. If it had happened, I would not have make any investment. There is nothing about a KYC will be come AFTERWARDS. So it is NOT my fault. Inform yourself before comment or stay out.

The long-awaited details came out. Thanks.

Why is KYC so important?

KYC is required by the banks and exchanges. As our token sale agreement did not allow for US citizens and other restricted persons to participate in the sale, the KYC procedure allows to verify citizenship and make sure the token holders comply with those rules.

Hi Vlad, Expect soon the story that all investors with good faith, that cannot fulfill the KYC, will lose their money.

Hello!

First of all, we don't see any problems in the fulfillment of KYC. Nowadays, almost every ICO has KYC as a usual part of the process. We need to conduct KYC procedure 1) cause it's required by banks, 2) to protect the company and tokenholders from participation of restricted persons.
So, why would it be a problem?
And second, for everybody who doesn't fulfill or doesn't want to fulfill the KYC procedure, we will provide the refunds.

Does that sounds like "for everybody who doesn't fulfill or doesn't want to fulfill the KYC procedure, we will provide the refunds" for you?

For everybody who doesn't fulfill or doesn't want to fulfill the KYC procedure, we will surely provide all the refunds minus commission for the transfer.

You hold me for an hour and talk till the end that I don't get a refund and I have to get used to it. And now suddenly it is "surely provide all the refunds". This is somewhat untrustworthy. What is you mind tomorrow?

However, looking forward to get refund instructions.

There was a misunderstanding. We will surely provide all the refunds minus commission for the transfer.

Still waiting for refund instructions.

After reading the latest post concerning refunding it seems that there will be again a mind change again Sad

Just to remind you:

"For everybody who doesn't fulfill or doesn't want to fulfill the KYC procedure, we will surely provide all the refunds minus commission for the transfer."
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SmartBillions World’s first multi-billion-dollar blockchain lottery. on: December 02, 2017, 05:36:52 PM
Since the FAQ doesn't load over here, I'll have to ask some questions directly, maybe someone is smart enough to answer them (or you can take a look at that ...paper).

Taking a peek at the site, you currently accept bets from 0.001 to 1 ETH, when I enter my bet size, I get an "estimated" win, where the estimate for #6 is glowing & jumping right in my face.
It says 7,000 ETH at the lowest allowed bet size and a whopping 7,000,000 ETH at the 1 ETH max bet. However, your current pot is just 6,227 ETH, meaning you can't even cover a jackpot hit at the minimum bet.

Am I right that the payout for a single bet is always capped at your current pot size?
If this assumption is correct, why do you show "estimated wins" that are way higher than what you actually can pay?

I think this is highly misleading, and further I think this is intentionally misleading. You should adjust the estimates to show actually valid amounts, not fictional possibilities.
And you should do this quickly, because with every bet placed, you are promising something you cannot keep.
On top of that, since you cannot cover any full jackpot hit, not even on the minimum size, betting in any way right now has a higher than intended house edge.

About big win
〰〰〰〰〰
If a win makes up more than 50% of the Pot value, that player can instantly withdraw only 50% of the Pot. After that, the player will be able to cash out up to 50% of the Pot value every month until the withdrawal of the total value of the win.

This provision ensures continued high Pot values, driving the lottery’s appeal to the gaming clients. Meanwhile, ~95% of funds from ticket sales are transferred directly to the Pot and fill it up again and again. Besides that such an event will get high public attention to the lottery and will raise the ticket sales .

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Smart Billions Dividends on: December 01, 2017, 04:15:21 PM

Can someone explain how to claim the dividends from Smart Billions tokens? They are supposed to be distributed a month after the ICO ended which is in a few days. The website has a dividend tab but only said it will start after the ICO.

Guess no one knows

I think dividends payout will be made in next few days but still no announcement about the status of dividends when they will take snapshot of blockchain. It will be processed like other project which are paying dividends.

You can find the full FAQ about dividend here : https://t.me/SmartBillionsGroup/11414

see:

something is wrong

It looks like theory - but reality is different.
Look at attached screenshot - it says "you won! 2 hit numbers" but on lower part (your tickets) it says: block 4628583 - "hits 0/6" and "payout 0ETH"
So it looks like I hit 2 numbers but didn't win...

Sometimes, it runs into an uncle situation, which is here the case.
https://etherscan.io/uncle/0x3874504834b2b14d137b9800846a5ce09bb72ad7d27127ef40e7b69af47a3ec8

The results on the website relies on the first block hashes it gets, but this may be thrown away because it is declared as an uncle later.

The immediate website result should always be treated with reservations.

It is not similar a lottery!
I hit 3 numbers but there aren't serial and i received NOTHİNG!
In lotteries, it doesn't matter in which section you hit the numbers.

For this lottery the order of the number is taken into account

I had same problem.
I won (2 numbers - correct and in correct position).
I hit "claim" - and received NOTHING

see:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/koem8x28803j5x2/Clipboard03.png?dl=0

something is wrong

If you won, you have two options to claim your win:

1. Press the CLAIM$$$ button ONCE and WAIT !
    If you are using Metamask:
It asks for confirm sending  0 ETH to the contract.
Change the GWEI to 1 and confirm
After a few seconds, a popup confirms your claim request.

❗️ WARNING! Do not press the $$$CLAIM Button more than once.  It will burn your GAS for every click ❗️

2. Better: Just play again  Smiley
(you can also use the minimum bet of 0.001 for that).
This will also trigger the contract to send your win.
That does work  anytime even the the CLAIM button is gone.

Since the 1st option cost GAS too, the 2nd may be a good choice.

After the transaction went through, the win transfer appears under Internal Transaction on etherscan.

whether the token has been distributed to the campaign participants, sorry I do not know the latest information, thank you

If that shall be a question, the answer is: The tokens were created and delivered at the moment of the investments.

The UI is really very clean and beautiful. On sites like gambling, lottery, casino a good UI and UX really makes a difference. Also the affiliate programme and monthly dividends are good attractions for affiliate marketers and investors. I see that ICO has already ended. So from where can we buy the tokens now?

Exchanges names will be published after it is set definitvely.

But as with any ERC20 token, you can trade it already on Etherdelta using this link: https://etherdelta.com/#0x6f6deb5db0c4994a8283a01d6cfeeb27fc3bbe9c-ETH

But it is recommend to wait for official listings.
