Hello Devs! Is there any guideline to run a Masternode?
Step 1. Download and run the latest VIOG Wallet https://github.com/vivoinnovaonexgobyte/vivoinnovaonexgobyte/releases/tag/0.12.1Send 1000 DSR to your address and wait for 15 network confirmations. Step 2. Open Tools -> Debug Console In the Console window enter masternode genkey and save result. This is your masternode privat key. Step 3. Open Tools -> Open Wallet Configuration File. Open the file in Notepad and paste in the follwoing(put your masternode private key from step 2 and your public IP address): masternode=1 masternodeprivkey=7rECUjNi7kaNrxUH9u***********9ZbjFvYndWHpn1NfoEDi externalip=you IP address Save file. Step 4. Restart wallet and open Tools -> Debug Console In the Console window enter masternode start Masternode successfully started!!!

oh, crap, devs seems to me you have broken something there is no 1.02 version, it is 1.01 version inside and no PoS working either wake up and fix it before too late
the POS fix should start at block 12000 so you won't see any improvement until then. Currently we are at block 11246 so it should start soon. I installed the new wallet as well and see the same issue with the version number. I wonder if it is just a cosmetic issue. May be the developper forgot to update the version number in the code. However, the new wallet size is not the same as the previous one, so definitly something as been changed inside.

I do not understand this hysteria, the coin is clone vivo, only the reward is slightly larger, and that's all, why so high a price? Vivo used to cost around 0.0015 BTC for some time that's why. Besides Nicehash orders for neoscrypt cost 0.3 BTC/GH a day and that somehow reflects in the price at the exchanges in the long run yes, but look at the price of vivo now. I guess Gobyte is going to be the same. And the reward is really slightly larger considering that the block interval time is 150 secondes. May be Vivo or Innova are better right now due to the lower price of investement. ROI on Gobyte is not going to stay that high for long. There are only 18 masternodes for now. When the masternode will be released, there number is going to increase and the ROI will decrease very quickly. If you want large reward, Innova provides 20 per block every 120 secondes! At equal number of masternodes, best reward should be first Innova, then Gobyte, then Vivo. You have Desire as well, with lower cost of investement is you want to start in masternode.

SMH Node Q is online! A new collection for the next SMH Node "Chekov" has started! In order to manage incoming deposits a bit better this time, everyone who wishes to participate will get a unique deposit address in a signed message. You can hit me up here or via telegram, slack or discord. Remember I do not deal via skype! I see a couple of people posted messages already here, please hit me up on slack/discord/telegram so i know how many seats you want OR send me a PM with the number of seats. I will just put addresses I handed out for reference: Isil: Message: VVhbf7V8UJ8tqiht1uaMVAiNdgB5fryrq2 Signed with: 18fZyjcEiP856yYHb1K3r2uKVe3t4ysSdJ Signature: IGJxpBgrsf/Rullt2yazDMIU7bkAFjD9GZo8TDiB0EGlXB73QorAO/6iDQ03JUvueHLdlU9LiUlnoO0GkYJVfxs=

Message: Hi, I am Isil. Today is 20th September 2017. I want to receive my reward payments and seat collateral to VREDhop4J4a4xPS2xQ9yntdE7oFYzcQdDA address. I am aware of the fact, that if I am unable to sign my requests for changing the payout or collateral address or quitting my seat with 14kJBGr7dwK7diTFBEBxZLxhk162EvajeL, I won't receive any coins. I am fully aware of what it means. I am accepting the terms of the offer.

Hello I have masternode running! The reward is much much less es expected! At this moment we have 137 masternodes running in the world so the reward must be 720*10/2/137 = 26.27737226 avg. daily. In last 3 days I'm getting only 10 coins. The confirmation of the coins are soooo height that one reward takes half of a day. For example today morning I had one block which was 81 times confirmed. Now after about 9 hours there are exactly 93 confirmations! 5 dais before I got 30 coins daily. Now only 10. What is going on? Do I do something wrong?
Please help. Thanks
You aren't doing anything wrong. There has been discussion about this on the Slack channel, but basically a miner is throwing a lot of hashing (Nicehash) at Vivo whenever difficulty is lower. This they massively increases the difficulty a number of blocks later, while this miner switches to something else leaving the remaining miners taking much much longer than usual to process the transaction hashes and thus this lowers the number of transactions in a 24 hour period, and thus the payments to masternodes. It is annoying, but the dev team have decided that making a hard fork to change the calculation of difficulty would be counter productive, so we just need to ride this out. Thanks for your quick answer! I read it before but I thought that it was only for miners and not for masternodes, But now for me is everything clear! I hope it settles by itself very soon! Stopped mining it for now. For the last 2 days, what I was able to get did not even pay for the electricity. How are you going to find a usage for this blockchain when you have no idea of when a transaction will happen because of the diff? You can have several transactions in few minutes then a block can take more than 3 hours to be found? Sure, nicehash is playing by the rules, but are the rules right here?

Less coins to sell!
Look at sell orders on Cryptopia. Less coins? More and more, actually. But no one buy it seems. The full Cryptopia site is slow and unresponsible right now so it does not help volume I guess.

Hi,
Added a new node:
78.218.58.161:44635
my wallet address:
PpJ8MUptYZ1HnTsV95SR8meCC86MhfUf8o
Wallet crashed few times during initial sync (running windows 10). Seems ok now.
I tried to compile on linux (Mint 18.1) but was missing dependency apparently.
I am not experimented on compilation. I would love to run the node on Linux, could you provide a compilet wallet for linux?
Another question, should I redirect both Port: 44635 and RPC Port: 55637 ? I tried to telnet on the RPC port without success. What is the purpose of the RPC port?
Thanks.
No reward sent for the node? Thanks Paid, sorry for the delay Thanks :-)

Folks, as I posted on the Slack announcement and the top of our pool page (while it was up), there is a problem in the pool code, not the network or wallet or blockchain. I apologize for the frustration from all parties but it needs to be emphasized where the issue lies.
It's up to the pool devs to resolve that. Nothing is wrong with the coin. The coin works fine until the pool passes incorrect arguments for payments and block sizes to the wallet/daemon.
If anyone is missing payments from intensecoin.com pool, DM me (here or on slack @intense-valiant) the TXN info and we'll fix your issues. Those issues are exactly why we stopped hosting a pool. Talk to me and we'll solve your problems. Posting here that we are a 'scam' coin will not get you your missing coins, as we don't know your coins are missing until you tell us . This is absolutely not a 'scam' coin. This is a legitimate operation backed by a solid team that has encountered issues with mining pools. This in fact happens with many CryptoNote coins. Those that are involved heavily in the BCT community have surely seen a similar situation with other new CryptoNote coins.
We appreciate everyone's patience. The pool payments (and issues with orphaned blocks from the pool) are bumps in the road causing headaches for early adopters. Things will sort themselves out. If you can't deal with the lack of reliability while things are getting sorted, maybe come back and check us out in a month or two. Many people see the long term future of this coin and are more concerned with that than with the stability of pools. The Intense Team is certainly more concerned with the coin, not pools, and thus why we have chosen to table the Intense hosted pool until a fix is available. We are not pool operators, we are coin developers. We did not develop the pool code from scratch, and the codebase for the pool is quite large and complex. The time it would take us to spend debugging and fixing whatever is wrong with this pool is better spent handling matters more central to our mission and vision: blockchain backed decentralized VPN.
If things still are not resolved by next week, I will shift focus to solving the pool problem, but for now there are other matters with higher priority. Only so much time in a day Very good post. Thanks a lot for the time you took to clarify the situation.
