No, the -462 is the amount that is held as the stake after/if you receive the staking reward.  Had that mining reward been accepted by the network, youd see -462 CTRLV on the stake amount below 'spendable' on the main screen.   The stake returns to spendable after a period of time, I dont know how long it is, but it's not long, on the order of minutes.
